Exclusive Service, Quality amenities and all around experience of hospitality in Phuket. A little far from the happening places in the city but compensates this with so many options, you can enjoy your evening there too. Though it's Off season, i didnt see its impact at the service in anyway.

I love love love this hotel! It’s near the airport and far from the other locations but not an issue for me as I can just simply take a grab/bolt down. Service was really good, hotel breakfast was decent, and it’s near the Nai Yang beach which is really quiet with some nice eateries over there as well. Room was big and nice as well!

we have a great stay at the hotel, nice room, great food and nice beach just right next to the hotel. It was raining when we were there but luckily we still have a really beautiful sunset on the beach. Hope we can go back and stay at The Slate again.

The most amazing hotel! It is just stunning. Everything about it. Absolutely top class! Staff, service, rooms, food, the smell.

This was a Perfect experience! From beginning to end, 7 days of lovely space, customer service, food, everything! I can not say enough about how happy we were. And the location is perfect too! Close to the airport but you never hear the planes, just appreciate proximity. Close to the beach, amazing Thai massage and cheap local food. Everything was better than expected!

We had a n memorable stay in The Slate. The staff allowed us to have a very late checkout at 6pm since our flight is at 8pm for free of charge !! Never had before even with other 5 stars hôtel such as Marriot or IHG group. Really appreciated this bonus 😀. All staffs from breakfast and the house keeping are very helpful and nice. Highly recommend to come to this hotel since it is a local hotel and not an intl chain. We need to support independent owner too !

It was 10 min drive from the airport, so it was perfect for us as our flight arrival was late in the evening. The staffs were all very nice, polite. Breakfast was decent, however some areas were a bit hot because didn’t get much fan. Really loved their own classic scent for the shampoos and other amenities. So good that I made sure I buy some of its body wash and massage oil from their retail shop. Will definitely consider staying again. Amazing price for the value. Also there are many local shops, restaurants, and massage places by the beach, which is right next to the resort. This was quite nice. But, the beach itself is not as good as other private beaches we have been in Phuket.

The hotel is good but I would hesitate to call it five stars - great location ten minutes from the airport

Pros: Stylish design, awesome facilities, excellent service, delicious breakfast! Love the gift store btw! Cons: I found more insects here than my previous villa located in a forest. The Villa pool is too small for any adult for any water activities. Public facilities are quite far from each others. Depends on where you stay, prepare for a ＞5min walk to your destination. Lots of teenagers and children during our stay. Not an ideal place for private hide-away.
