In front of hotel there is coin laundry. My room doesnt include the washing machine that i was seen in the picture. Ya…. Just regret this thing

It’s a very nice and clean hotel with a great location near the majority of places, I would stay here anytime I visit Thailand

Pretty good hotel for the budget travelers!

Worse customer service from the reception and housekeeping. They are rude and not friendly. All the bath towels provided daily were torn. Breakfast options were very limited, less than 10 items. Room is big because we booked for triple room. Swimming pool view is good.

Bathroom door hard to open and the bathroom cleanliness and condition is poor

My room shower very low pressure. Tv problem. Hopefully Ashlee can improve.

All staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. Near great restaurants, the beach and big shopping malls. We enjoyed the time at the swimming pool.

nice hotel

The hotel not closed to patong beach. Kids got mosquito bite every night . Food not good and they’re serving few . I would not recommend for who bring family to stay.😩

Floor tiles were cracked and extremely dangerous we had to stay in this room for 1 day before they changed our room. Unbelievable how they could allow clients to stay in such conditions in the first place. The hotel needs a revamp. But price wise, it's good considering its location and nice rooftop pool 👍🏼

Really nice location really big spacious hotel with nice furniture. Only issue is it seems there’s a problem with the doors not locking properly and about three doors per floor ends up beeping all night and day because it’s not being shut properly. My door was fine and I am unsure if this is guests purposefully keeping the door open or what but it happened on multiple floors on multiple different doors

Simply put you get what you pay for, the rooms are decent enough, good bed but when I was staying here the water ran out and then when it was back online (hours after I called) it had to run brown for quite some time, bit of a put off for hygeine. The cleaners were very good but the hotel staff need a bit of training, all in all just OK but probably wont go back.

Unfortunately the water ran out when I was in this hotel which will affect this review, it took a long time to get it back online too and then the taps ran brown water for a while, was a bit gross. The room size is good but the hotel is a bit dated
