Wonderful location and breathtaking views.
We were 3 days in the hotel and stayed all time in our villa.
Very good choice for Muslim families because has completely secluded Private pool with ocean view.
We had amazing stay.

The hotel had a power outage on the day I went there, and the power didn't come until 10pm, which made the room very damp. Finally, I had to move to the floor above the reception. The room type was different and cheaper than the one I booked. They even told me that I booked through Ctrip, not the official website, so I couldn't get a refund for the price difference? ? After many communications, I got a refund through Ctrip, but there was no compensation for the power outage. The hotel facilities are clean but not really new, and problems with the old wires may occur frequently! It was a very unpleasant stay!

員工整體服務都很好，餐廳員工尤其優秀。
-早餐選擇多，服務到位
-酒店房間及設施保養不足
-別墅設計比較奇怪，經常要上/落樓梯
(渡假村內有Tuk Tuk作穿梭車用，下車位置到返回別墅還需要行一段頗長樓梯)
(別墅內分上下層是戶外樓梯，下雨的時候很狼狽，樓下套房很局促）
-酒店的入住政策非常苛刻！
我們兩個家庭共4大2小，酒店提出其中1位小孩需另外加房費2000泰銖/每晚(即3晚6000泰銖)，我們所訂的 Two bedroom Villa(2張雙人床+1張梳化床)價錢只包4大人1小孩，由於酒店在我們入住前並沒有說明，經過3位員工處理後才可酌情豁免！
家庭遊一家大小訂房前要考慮清楚是否適合入住！
