Great stay in phuket, the hotel was everything I expected and a bit more.

Hotel just beside the beach. Buffet breakfast is good. Room with sea view is nice. Room condition is good too. Like the hotel and the beach view. Highly recommended.

All was nice, beachfront, swimming pool. Pools can be cleaned more often, but generally, all was well.

Hotel is relatively old, however the room we stayed in has updated decor and paint. Great location and really one of the only hotels in Kata with direct beach access. Buffet breakfast and services is not good quality so don't expect too much.

The hotel is great, the beach just in front of the hotel which you can walk-by, pool access room is not really big, but everything you want is adequate.

Location is excellent, just next to kata beach. The staff are friendly and they clean the room everyday. The live music show at night is amazing too.

Great location, close to shops and right on the beach. Lots of options around. Nice pool. Rooms clean and big. Cocktails aren't very good so go to bar on beach instead. Buffet breakfast fine but nothing to rave about. Would stay again.

The room we were given was certainly nothing like what was advertised. The room 2255 was very old and dirty and needing a serious update to get it to a decent standard. I asked to be moved but the front desk told me that they had no other rooms available with in 2 seconds so they didn't even check this. We could hardly connect to the internet as it just dropped the signal all the time. When we arrived the room was extremely hot over 80 degrees and the AC was not working so this was fixed but an hour had passed by then and even after the room AC was fixed it was a very uncomfortable first night. We did not like the attitude of one of the front desk staff as she was was sharp and aggressive at times. We eat out a lot as we just did not want to give the hotel our money which was a shame. I have been to Thailand many times previously but my fiancée had not so she was very disappointed in the hotel. The driver who picked us up at the Airport eventually took us on a magical mystery tour miles away from our actual drop off point at the hotel! Why i dont know or understand and he spoke no English so no point in asking him any questions. The lady who cleaned our room was lovely so happy with her but such a shame about our room. On the night before we left we were told that the hotel was shutting down at the end of the month for a total refurbishment so hopefully it will be nice for others to use in the future. The pool always had a film of sun tan lotion around the edges so not the best. To sum up i wont stay at that hotel again so please look around before booking this hotel. As you can see the furniture was old and scruffy and not in the best condition especially for the money the room cost. Very disappointing.

Perfect to stay exactly by the sea! Beautiful beach, hotel a bit outdated but I didn’t really stay in the room. Smell in the room was not good, smell of mold and old building. I asked to sort this problem they just brought perfumed water , didn’t really help. On general big area with subbed by the pool, breakfast at the terrace pretty general nothing really special.

Amazing stay, really nice and helpful staff, clean and quiet room, location is excellent with beautiful pool n beach right there. Kanda spa on site also have some of the best masseuses I've ever had. 5 stars for me and I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Amazing hotel in superb location with direct access to Kata Beach. Book a room with a swim up bar as it is definitely worth it. The pool bar and restaurant is very good and many beach bars close by. Will definitely stay here again
