Nice pool area, breakfasts are good, room is pretty comfortable. Place good for families with kids.
But probably not for couples who want to rest from kids 😂

We got free upgrade room from the hotel 👍 The hotel compound is big but they did provide 24hrs free shuttle between lobby & hotel room. Breakfast is good with lots of varieties

Let’s just start I’d definitely not rate it a 5 star hotel ( maybe when it was first opened) but now maybe 4. Rooms are definitely dated and carry the signs of wear and tear. Room was musty smell .I had the option if staying longer but decided that I’d give another place a go. The pool is great , as you’ll see from photos

we just spend an amazing one week at the Sunsuri Hotel, we took the room with the private swimming pool, it was a pure blast. Very enjoyablernt, the hotel is very calm. perfect for relax. Nai harn is far from party activities which is good for us as we wanted calm and serenity

Room with sea view is good. Beds are very big and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Pool is good. They have shuttle bus to the beach (10mins drive).
The shower head should be changed, they are old and dirty.
The breakfast was just ok, not amazing, not very tasty.
Beach near by is beautiful !

This hotel was definitely designed for those that love a workout to get to and from the hotel rooms. Yes there’s a buggy service . Hotel
Staff were relatively nice. More so at the restaurant and kids lounge. Housekeeping was ok. Location is quite far from most places. You’ll either need a rental car or pay a lot for taxis.

Pool and service is amazing. Location on hillside makes accessibility difficult without waiting for a buggy plus there are no shops etc in the immediate vicinity. Addition of a shuttle service to town plus free water at the pool would assist.

It was an amazing experience with Sansuri Phuket. We‘ll definitely come back again. Amazing pool with jumping platform and water slide. All day fun for kids.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service and great amenities. Good breakfast, large rooms. The beach nearby is great. I loved the area overall. If you want something quiet and relaxing that would be the choice. Special thanks to Mr. Daniil on the reception who made sure everything is taken care of. It was a pleasant stay, so I extended it for one more day.

The location is good got relaxing and room is great however is away from city such as shopping mall etc. The pool is superb with sunbathing area. I enjoyed the 1 for 1 cocktails promotion, 12pm to 1pm daily. Also there was a mini night market within the resort in one of the weekday. Specially mention Mr. Bryan, night shift staff, very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room is so spacious and comfortable. There are several types of pools, and my kid enjoyed them so much. I want to stay at this hotel again when I come back to Phuket.
