Saii Laguna hotel is located in Laguna Phuket.when arrive,the staffs are welcome us warmly,attentive and serve us welcome drink.room is big,beautiful and comfortable.can view beautiful garden lake from our room.we enjoy the free high tea in the decorated room near to the lobby.swimming pools are big,clean and can view beautiful sunset.we do provide free boat to the canal village ,we enjoying our dinner where .after dinner do some shopping and back to hotel with boat.overall,Saii Laguna Phuket is beautiful and huge resort.Will stay again next time if come to Phuket again.

The service was excellent. Other than the standard gym, I am happy that there's tennis court, squash court, table tennis, pool table. Racquet and balls was complimentary. The room is new, nice and clean. The complimentary after tea was good. I love that they have decaf coffee. However, there's major renovation going on during our stay, this was the only draw back. Awesome experience

It is an ideal place to escape from the city and take a break. As you mentioned, InSAiiders will find many activities to enjoy at our resort. Despite being in the rainy season, the non-motorized water sports are not available in the ocean due to rough sea conditions; however, they are available for use in the lagoon as an alternative. This is one of the advantages of our location.Regarding the renovation, yes, it is ongoing. We are sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused you. The hotel is situated right next to the beach, so we got to wake up to the sound of the waves every morning. However, that also means the hotel is located quite far away from the entrance of the laguna resort area, so it is not very convenient to access local shops/ street food stalls outside of the resort area on foot. Shuttle buses are available but limited. Fortunately some of the massage shops nearby provide free shuttle service back to the hotel so it made up for it. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast options are limited, but the food changes everyday and were fairly good. The pools are not very big, but it was not too crowded and has a slide which was fun for kids and adults alike. Sunset view was magnificent. Overall, a very nice stay.

Lovely family friendly hotel in a fantastic location. Plenty of activities and spoiled for choice with beach front restaurants and bars all walking distance. Had a wonderful holiday with our 2 little ones. Beautiful sunsets, clean clear water and fine white sand.

Saii Laguna is an amazing location. The Laguna and beach front views are a dream. The service is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is huge and the bread is especially good. BaoTang Beach Area is very nice with lots of restaurants to choose from. There are many spas and activities around that area. Don’t expect the mass crowds of Patong or Kata. It is definitely much quieter but that is nice if you are looking for a more relaxed vibe. Saii Laguna is definitely worth a trip. Will come back for sure.

The only beach access room available in Phuket! Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. But a little worn out room comparing to its neighbouring hotel.

What a relaxing and pleasurable stay! The staffs were super helpful and efficient. The beach view from the room is spectacular! The highlight of the stay is the huge and spacious pool, with a very exciting water slide. The resort offers a wide range of activities like pilates, sailing and kayaking.. Overall, the stay was amazing and we would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend SAii Phuket to anyone going on a vacation!

We’ve stayed here a couple of times before when it was called Outrigger Laguna and we returned caused we loved the location and the beach. We found that the Saii management has upgraded its service and refurbished its rooms giving them a more comfortable and modern look. There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the beach that have also been nicely renovated. There’s a free shuttle bus to the Canal, where you can buy some groceries, exchange currency, etc. We had a lovely stay!

Pros:
Shops like 7-11, massages are within 5 min walking distance to hotel.
Beach bar restaurant food was good and decently priced for hotel standards.
Cons:
Room could be cleaner.
Breakfast buffet was only ok.

I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. A really relaxing experience. Good for recharging. It's cleansing hearing the waves and watching the sunset. The staffs there are nice and kind. The cuisines offered by the restaurants are also great. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Location was good in the sense that it is near other hotels, walkable from beach to dusit thani and others. Also there was like a free water ferry that transports us across the lagoon to diff hotels. Free activities like sailing/SUP/kayak in the lagoon which was good as we went in mid July and waves were too strong for us to play any sports in the sea unless you want to surf. Breakfast was a bit limited in choice but still okay. Pool was nice. Only 3 restaurants with 1 serving Thai food only so was a bit limited.
