Great place to stay, pool was really nice, room was huge and spotless, Staff were very welcoming and friendly if you are looking for access to beaches go elsewhere. Outstanding value for money. Lots of street food near by and the hotel restaurant was very good, its also a 3 minute stroll from a huge Big C supermarket. Would definitely stay again. The bed was a bit on the hard side but as I was using the hotel to get over jet lag for a couple of nights it was not really an issue, so nothing bad to say

Location , location and location. It’s inside the mall, Bangla Walking street is 1 minute walk, it’s a perfect place to stay if you stay in Phuket , Patong even the beach is walking, Perfect stay , also Big C is inside the mall attached to the hotel, there is a mall opposite I forgot the name but overall best place.

This was a good a hotel for a solo traveler like myself. Some of the pros incl it’s cleanliness, breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, walking distance to Central Phuket mall or you can take the hotel’s shuttle, 7-11 supermarket, pharmacy, currency exchange place, massage parlor, restaurants & street food vendors, pool, gym in the 1st floor of the hotel, hotel restaurant (11am-10:30pm). The only “con” for is that it’s location is very far from most of the exciting activities offered in Phuket, so I had to pay extra for pickups based on the various tours I booked.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. Wanted to watch the AFL when in the area and didn't want to try get into the busy areas of Cherngtalay. De Sports Bar I have driven past many times at Tour De Phuket Hotel but not stopped. This is a great Sports Bar! I am really happy we did enjoyed lunch and the footy. Clean, plenty of TVs, friendly staff and a good variety of drinks on tap, bottled and spirits. Good all day menu, we had pizza and Salmon Lunch and was very good, fresh, fast and good size. Recommend

Resort is 40-50 mins drive from the Phuket airport. Not really near any beaches (30 min drive to the closest one) or town (20 min drive). Restaurants available around the lagoon area. Local road side restaurants on the main road. Boat arcade supermarket 5 mins walk from the resort front desk. Nice swimming pool, with kids playing area, and pool valleyball net available. Polite staffs. Good coffee at lighthouse cafe. Initially, we have booked a premier delux room with lagoon view. We arrived the resort entrance saying ”this looks nice”. But we checked in and realised we were not staying at the hotel wing. We were led to the marina/ lagoon side, which looked a lot like a retirement village. The room was large, nice view looking at the yachts. But the room was so neglected, and definitely needed some cleaning and re-furnishing done. Long story short, we had a long drive, we stayed the first night, and we would get a room change the next morning. Obviously, we didn't get a good night sleep. We approached the front desk, complaint about that room and wanted a room change. This was the first time I ever complaint about hotel room. Initially,the staffs wanted us the price difference, in the end offering a room at hotel wing, facing the pool with no extra cost. We checked out the room condition before accepting it. The difference was heaven and hell . Just want to thank front desk staffs for making room change available. This made the end of our trip on a high note. Just want to mention, although pool regulations said that no lifeguard on duty. But if pool attendant/staff sees young kids wander into pool without adult, staffs should intervene. One morning during breakfast hours, 3 kids walked into the pool , the oldest kid maybe only 7 yr old. The played at the kids area for 15-20 min unattended. The mother popped up from one of the rooms on 1st floor. The son decided jumped into deeper water. Lucky he didn't submerge straight away and managed to yell at his mother for help. Mother saved own son. Nobody would have noticed the kid was drowning if mom wasn't there.

The hotel is nice and clean. There is a roof top swimming pool with a sea view, a cafeteria and a gym. All is functioning from 8 am to 8 pm. The household service is a little slow to deliver what you need. If you call the reception and ask for something you have to remind them about it several times. The towels that had been changed on the second day of our stay were clean but stained and smelled vinegar. These are actually little things. The location is good - the hotel is relatively close to Surin beach, only 10 min on foot and there are outside restaurants, convenience stores and massage salons also within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and the overall impression of our staying there is good.

Having not being able to travel to Asia for almost 2 years i was happy to take part of the ”Phuket Sandbox”. Lots of paperwork to do, but all in all it worked well. BOOKING. I booked direct with the hotel. I was offered a good price and they were answering all my questions fast and friendly. Also they were very helpful informing me about the rules and changes for the Sandbox. ARRIVAL The booked SHA Plus Transfer from the hotel worked well. Check in was fast and after a long flight i was just happy to get to my villa. ROOM/VILLA So spacious. I booked a 1 bedroom Villa, But became a villa with 2 bedrooms. Large and comfortable living Room with a fuly equipped kitchen and a large refrigirator and fridge. Well assorted minibar. Bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. I had a small issue with not having hot water but it was fixed immediatly. Large terrace with table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a swimming pool (6 x 3 Meter). Villa was clean and terrace/garden well maintained. SERVICE All the staff were sweet, kind and friendly and very attentive. The very friendly italian manager is always around FOOD Not many guests in the hotel so no full breakfast buffet, but you could order eggs any style. Some fruit, cereals, coffe and tea- One morning the manager asked me if i missed something for breakfast. I said maybe some muesli and yogurt. Well next morning it was there. Perfect. I had often dinner in the restaurant. Food was so tasty and well presented. And at very reasonable prices. They do serve both western and Thai food. AREA/SURROUNDINGS Paklok is not a typical tourist spot.It is a place where people are living. No beach, Not a shop or restaurant on every corner. But many possibilities to enjoy fantastic street food. Easy to get in touch with local people. Many supermarkets for all your daily needs. You do need a car or a Scooter/Motorbike. Nature around the hotel is stunning and beautiful. I rented a mototbike from the hotel and made many trips to beautiful locations in the area. I never missed the noise from Patong. ALL IN ALL If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious accomodation with good service and food i can highly recommand Boutique Resort. I also did enjoy the beauty of nature and the feeling of being in the real Thailand and not just in noisy tourist area.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and the pools were absolutely amazing. We almost couldn’t believe the kayaks were included in the price. For a 5* hotel, the food and drinks are also very reasonably priced which we were also really impressed by!

Our stay was very short as we just needed a place close to the airport but we were not disappointed. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle that run within specific times. They also have a free shuttle to the beach and shuttles to get you around the property.
