I booked the hotel via Trip.com. The hotel booking is paid, however during check-in, the front desk manager said that she couldn’t find the payment record. I reached Trip.com right away and I got replied and assisted immediately. The payment actually transferred to the hotel side but the manager kept saying that they couldn’t find the record. After spending half hour standing at the reception, we are allowed to check-in. The manager apparently wasn’t competent nor polite. She definitely need to learn how to deal things internationally. She didn’t apologise at all.

Nice and easy check in service. Room was small but clean and what we had booked. Restaurant Wes nice and service was pleasant and attentive. Breakfast buffet better than average, with a great selection of fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs could be better. Hotel was fully booked but service at breakfast was not a problem despite this. The hotel is centrally located close to many outdoor adventures. We would live to come back another time. Hotel is very new and in good condition. There is a small supermarket next door, and another restaurant across the street. Outdoor activities can be arranged onsite.

It was a great stay, brand new hotel, nice family room with spacious bath, clean and comfy, breakfast is generous with quality foods and drinks.

It was a really nice hotel, especially when you had a dog with you, so it was taken into account with a separate towel, food cup and "surprise bag". The only shortcoming was a dog park, which would have been needed.
The breakfast arrangements were really miserable. On the side of the "corridor", two lines started from the gap, in which not much sense was used. If you went to the right, for example, there was e.g. breads and spreads. The bread-topped ones were on the left side, where you had to go back to the middle to wait to get to the left side. The coffee machine was placed at the end of the left row, so TAAS could wait in line AGAIN, if his hands were full.

Lovely hotel. Everything new, fresh and clean. Beautiful, quite small rooms, but the combination of two rooms very nice for a bigger family (6 of us) Good breakfast but the queuing didn’t work when there was more people, so some improvement needed in that area.
