Good location. Been staying here a month now and it is adequate for my needs since it is a entral ocation in Pinellas County and I am rarely in my room.

The location was under construction which we were not aware of before arrival. Also, we stayed in a “renovated” room where the shower doors didn’t line up so, every time one of us showered, doors closed, water dripped…no, spilled onto the floor between the shower and toilet.

The first room my little niece's found a bag of needles in dresser drew. Untop of that complimentary stuff was all out! Then moved 2 another room and it was dirty. The tub was all messed up with white stuff all over. Get moved to 3rd room and lights didn't work and roaches crawling around. I'm right now trying to get refund for my stay. I would think I shouldn't have a problem but we'll see

Broken AC in room, it was leaking onto the floor causing a small flood upon entrance onto the room. So to prevent an accidental fire had to turn off the unit and unplug some of the wires that were in the water. Some of the light switches didn’t work. Overall, staff was the nicest part of this experience. Checked out early because a second night in my room did not seem like the best way to go about getting a good night sleep after my first night. Honestly, I was really disappointed by all this.

Rooms were clean, employees were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are a bit small. All in all we had a very nice time. Deposit is 50.00. Not all rooms have microwave and/or refrigerator in them. Decent place, great location, near everything.

No elevator for 3rd fl. dirty pool. Dirty grounds. Unconsummable coffee. Good rate. Updated clean room. No electric outlets except sink area.
