O hotel é muito confortável , as roupas de cama são da Trousseau, excelente qualidade. O café da manhã é maravilhoso , além das tapiocas e omeletes , tem ovos benedict e os folhados e tortas são muito bem feitos. A sauna poderia ser inclusa na diária , mas e paga por fora e fica dentro do spa . Não recomendo fazer as massagens , as profissionais tem unhas grandes que acabam nos ferindo , sem contar que meu esposo ficou com uma dor anormal nas costas após a massagem, logo percebe-se que as profissionais não são qualificadas, pois estamos acostumados a frequentar spa é isso nunca havia acontecido. Outra situação chata foi que eu havia informado previamente via e-mail que seria comemoração de aniversário , e recebi a confirmação da gerente que os aniversariantes receberiam um mimo, porém ao chegarmos nada aconteceu. Fora isso, eu recomendo o hotel, é de fato muuuito confortável, a academia é excelente e a piscina também é muito boa. Queremos voltar.

We stayed at this beautiful place during crazy Covid times for 8 nights November 2020. One of the best places we ever stayed at and we travel the world a lot. Starting with a great staff and genuine hospitality and kindness from EVERY member of the pousada. From the guy cleaning the pool to upper management - just GREAT people. We felt like we made friends.Beautiful grounds of lush jungle, meticulously maintained, two wonderful pools( go for the second - more private one), wild life - we fead monkeys, listened to very loud frogs, they even have a crocodile somewhere on property, but he hides, so we couldn't spot him. Delicious breakfast served daily- wonderful fruits and different juices every day, pastries and amazing outdoor wood stoves where they cook your omlets and toast to order. Dinner is not to be missed. In 8 nights, we ate at the property for 4. Fish in a banana leaf is the best dish. Hotel is located right in the heart of main street in Pipa but yet quite and secluded. Luxury bungalow is a must! It is your own house with private terrace wrap around and private walk way. Speacial thanks to general manager Rafa for making our vacation a special one!

It is a beautiful hotel!! Full of plants, it is like a park, a beautiful natural reserve! Charm! Ideal to come to rest. It has 4 tickets. A main beautiful with one for children next to you. Then two more distributed in the park. The room is huge. The very large and very practical room. The cleaning of the room could be deeper since there is sand all the time everywhere. No matter how long you try to get it out ...sta x everywhere! Jajajjaa but it makes magic too. The hotel restaurant is open up to 21.30 and really is very good option. It eats very well and at good price. Breakfast has a wide variety of indigenous cakes that change day by day, a very good coffee machine, several options of bread, eggs, butter, jam, cheese ... I would add Pao of cheese I love! I will miss this hotel, your people, your employees are all super correct, super friendly, we are very grateful.

Conheci o Hotel da Pipa em 2003 e tive a oportunidade de visita-lo agora no final de setembro/23, após 20 anos posso dizer que o hotel melhorou 100%, todos os quartos passaram por reformas não só estruturais mas também na decoração que hoje está um charme! Os jardins do hoteis são lindíssimos e muito bem cuidados pelo Sr Assis que é uma simpatia em pessoa! O restaurante é um espetáculo, fazer as refeições com aquela vista incrível, não tem preço! Café da manhã delicioso com itens frescos e variados a cada dia, podem ficar uma semana inteira que não vão enjoar! Os funcionários parecem ser uma grande família, sempre com um sorriso no rosto, prontos para te atender com simpatia e eficiência: Branca, Manoel, Jarlene, Claudia, os meninas da recepção, Jeane que é uma graça e todos os outros que não me lembro os nomes, PARABÉNS! E não poderia deixar de citar é claro, a gerente do hotel, Josy, ela conduz tudo com maestria, elegância e perfeição, e acho que esses são os melhores adjetivos também para o Hotel da Pipa, ELEGANCIA E PERFEIÇÃO!

Em uma viagem de 15 dias pelo Nordeste, nos hospedamos em quatro hotéis em cidades diferentes e sem dúvida alguma NOSSA MELHOR ESTADIA foi no Oka da Mata. Tanto que iríamos ficar 1 dia e se transformaram em 3. Não há ponto negativo. Fomos a Pipa sem reservar hotel (considerando baixa temporada é fácil conseguir hotel sem reserva antecipada), após algumas tentativas frustadas (hotéis antigos, estrutura precária, etc.) decidimos ampliar nossa busca para hotéis mais distante da cidade e acertamos ao escolhermos o Oka da Mata. Hotel com decoração de excelente gosto, iluminação perfeita, ambiente romântico, quartos amplos, todos quartos tem sacada ou varanda (nosso caso, pois optamos ficar no térreo) chuveiro maravilhoso (não tivemos qualquer problema com água ou sua temperatura, pois vi esse ponto em alguma avaliação), café da manhã com oferta de variedades não muito grande, mas o que era oferecido estava extremamente saboroso; omelete e tapioca delicioso. Não utilizamos a piscina mas todos os dias pela manhã havia um rapaz fazendo a limpeza. Diferencial, oferecem transfer para as praias de Pipa e centro, diariamente até as 22 horas (não requer agendamento). O atendimento é super ágil, 3 minutos em média. Mesmo com carro alugado, optamos por utilizar esse serviço do hotel por diversas vezes; no trajeto nos deram excelentes dicas de praias e restaurantes. Retornando a Pipa, com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Em nossas estadias no nordeste o atendimento dos colaboradores sempre foram muito cordiais. No Oka da Mata não foi diferente. Jantamos uma vez no restaurante do hotel, comida excelente, mas nós, brasileiros que adora comer rsrs, achamos a porção pequena (pratos individuais). Não olhei a carta de vinho então não posso opinar nesse ponto (li alguma observação aqui quanto a oferta limitada de rótulos).

Starting with a great staff and genuine hospitality and kindness from EVERY member of the pousada. From the guy cleaning the pool to upper management - just GREAT people. We felt like we made friends.Beautiful grounds of lush jungle, meticulously maintained, two wonderful pools( go for the second - more private one), wild life - we fead monkeys, listened to very loud frogs, they even have a crocodile somewhere on property, but he hides, so we couldn't spot him. Delicious breakfast served daily- wonderful fruits and different juices every day, pastries and amazing outdoor wood stoves where they cook your omlets and toast to order. Dinner is not to be missed. In 8 nights, we ate at the property for 4. Fish in a banana leaf is the best dish. Hotel is located right in the heart of main street in Pipa but yet quite and secluded. Luxury bungalow is a must! It is your own house with private terrace wrap around and private walk way. Speacial thanks to general manager Rafa for making our vacation a special one!

Conheci o Hotel da Pipa em 2003 e tive a oportunidade de visita-lo agora no final de setembro/23, após 20 anos posso dizer que o hotel melhorou 100%, todos os quartos passaram por reformas não só estruturais mas também na decoração que hoje está um charme! Os jardins do hoteis são lindíssimos e muito bem cuidados pelo Sr Assis que é uma simpatia em pessoa! O restaurante é um espetáculo, fazer as refeições com aquela vista incrível, não tem preço! Café da manhã delicioso com itens frescos e variados a cada dia, podem ficar uma semana inteira que não vão enjoar! Os funcionários parecem ser uma grande família, sempre com um sorriso no rosto, prontos para te atender com simpatia e eficiência: Branca, Manoel, Jarlene, Claudia, os meninas da recepção, Jeane que é uma graça e todos os outros que não me lembro os nomes, PARABÉNS! E não poderia deixar de citar é claro, a gerente do hotel, Josy, ela conduz tudo com maestria, elegância e perfeição, e acho que esses são os melhores adjetivos também para o Hotel da Pipa, ELEGANCIA E PERFEIÇÃO!

The hotel is a very good choice for anyone who wants a quiet place in Pipa, very close to Villa, literally in the middle of the wooden.The pool is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful and the staff's attention and sympathy is exemplary. O quarto é bem amplo e completo, porém, as paredes são de drywall, dá para ouvir tudo o que acontece nos quartos vizinhos. O corretor que liga os quartos ao elevador é muito escuro e estreito. A localização, piscina, atendimento e café da manhã, são ótimos!
