O hotel é bem confortável. Bem pertinho do parque. As refeições são muito boas e o atendimento é excelente.
Única sugestão é em relação as recreações (adultas) podem melhorar. Infelizmente o recreador era menos simpático e engraçado do que se considera ser.
Agora, outro problema lamentável foi o barulho (som alto) no hotel do outro lado da rua (Vila Germânica). Foi decepcionante. Pegamos um quarto Superior Conforto e ficamos de frente para a rua principal, nossa alegria durou pouco. A banca musical do hotel em frente além de ser muito ruim foi extremamente desrespeitosa, fazendo barulho até tarde. Sei q não é uma reclamação direta ao hotel que fiquei hospedado, mas deveriam ter um tipo de conversa ou Ouvidoria junto a prefeitura.

Estivemos agora no carnaval de 24, hotel excelente, muito bem localizado para quem gosta de fazer compras, a comida é a melhor que experimentamos em tantos hotéis que passamos, muitos ambientes agradáveis e a caipirinha otima! oportunidade de melhorias; a energia cai seguido, a recreação podia ser melhor, ar condicionado na sala de jogos.

Excelente pra ir com a familia e criança pequena. Diversão com prêmios e com ótima animação dos tios Dj e Ostra. Piscinas excelentes e boa acomodação. A comida é excelente, fácil de sair rolando. Localização espetacular, fácil acesso. Principalmente o preço extremamente convidativo

O local que ficamos era bom, só a internet não pegava muito bem As atendentes eram muito simpáticos. Gostamos bastante da sala de jogos e principalmente as refeições eram ótimas. Pretendo voltar, gostamos muito de ficar lá e vou indicar pra outras pessoas também.

O local muito tranquilo, estrutura do hotel acima da expectativa. Os atendentes muito prestativos e gentis. Refeições muito boas, acomodações muito boas mas a internet de péssima qualidade e canais de televisão não condiz com a propaganda do hotel.
