The room assigned did not correspond to the one booked. I had booked a quadruple room with a double bed (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double sofa bed. I was told that it was the Trip.com website that had given the wrong information and that the room could therefore not be changed. Furthermore, we were not given any discount on the fact that one of us, having fallen ill shortly before leaving, was unable to be there. In any case it is something at the discretion and humanity of the hotel.
The towels were for 2 people, not for 3. The room was in an internal position with a horrible view of the car park behind the hotel, but for one night we didn't notice.
The general cleanliness of the room was excellent but the curtains, applied over other curtains in a pile of fabrics, were grey, worn, wrinkled and dirty, in short, for being in a 4 star hotel they were of poor cleanliness and quality in my opinion.
