Très bien situé, on y mange bien, la piscine est agréable, il y a meme.un spa avec massages et l hotel propose des visites, l'ensemble est propre, la literie est confortable. Le personnel moyennement souriant mais le reste fait oublier ce détail.

Hôte très bien situé pour visiter Chichen Itza qui est à 5 mn... Bonnes prestations dans l'ensemble, chambre sympa, joli espace piscine. Les choses à améliorer : Les couples préfèrent souvent les grands lits au lieu de 2 lits simples, même grands, Le restaurant c'est plutôt moyen, cuisine pour bus de voyageurs avec buffet... Et puis le côté désagréable un peu partout au Mexique mais là en particulier, laissez les gens tranquille et arrêtez de débarrasser les assiettes pendant qu'on mange, on a l'impression qu'ils sont pressés qu'on parte et c'est désagréable !

Lors d'un circuit ns avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. Hôtel très bien. Belle piscine dans un très beau jardin. Belle chambre. Petit déjeuner (vrai jus d'orange) et dîner très bons et très copieux. Par contre les cocktails (pinacolada) ne sont pas extra - à améliorer avec le sourire). Je recommande cet hôtel très agréable.

Venus en groupe pour 1 nuit et mangés le midi en terrasse donnant sur le parc: sympa. Hôtel accueillant, chambre basique avec 2 grands lits, salle de bain pas très grande avec wc à l'intérieur mais avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le tout propre mais tué quand même 2 fourmis. Petit déj américain. Hôtel correct.

We started by going to the restaurant for lunch, nothing to say everything was perfect. In the evening a very warm welcome for check-in and rooms located on the ground floor and therefore with a view of the garden and the swimming pool. Everything is done to make you feel good. The restaurant service is impeccable and the staff attentive, with a listening head waiter. The one in Oaxaca should follow an example!!!

Great location for a visit to Chichen Itza, only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride for 70 pesos. This enabled us to have breakfast at 7am and be at the ticket office for 8am. We had a 15 minute queue to buy our tickets and were able to explore for about an hour and a half before it got very busy. Nice pool area to enjoy after a hot visit to the ruins. Garden view room very quiet and modern bathroom area. Restaurant charges 180 Mexican pesos for breakfast (£9/$10) for all you can eat but hot options are not to European tastes so you may want to consider whether this is good value for money. Evening meal from the al la carte menu was good or there are a few reasonable restaurants close by if you want more choice. Only two small bottles of water provided for our two night stay and no option to top up our own bottles (which we would have preferred).

After a hot, crowded visit to Chichen Itza, what you might crave is a quiet, poolside lunch with kind, attentive wait staff. This hotel offers a buffet lunch where staff serves you the main dishes cafeteria style. There are lots of choices. You can help yourself to the salad and dessert bars. Our group dragged in hungry, hot and exhausted. We left refreshed and ready for whatever the afternoon might bring.

This is a nice place to stay overnight if you plan to go to Chichen Itza early in the morning. Pretty much right on the main road in town with a row of parking. The hotel has a restaurant and rooms upstairs on one side and mostly rooms on the other side. The restaurant is accessible from inside or outside and has excellent food and drinks. Don’t worry if the facade looks like a roadside motel. The backyard of the hotel has lush lovely expansive gardens and a pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and you can arrange for a guide from the front desk- highly recommended. The official guides are multilingual.
