If I could review with zero (0), I would. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemies! It has gone downhill tremendously. We accidentally double paid for two nights and the manager refused to reverse either charge, even with documentation showing the double payment. Don’t stay here!

Helluva job when something needs fixed or replaced alotnof extended stays are "Traps" this one still gives you the "Hotel" Stay..EXCELLENT. Never have to call and double or triple check or just flat out being forgotten NEVER

I travel extensively for work & chose WoodSpring Suites for my DFW stint. It's in a great location (across the street from Walmart & Sam's Club). The rooms have wall-shelf units & under counter space for maximum storage, as-well-as, kitchenettes with dishwashers, pots-n-pans, utensils, & dishes. The wifi is STRONG & parking is free. My stay was very comfortable & I will stay here again during my next trip to DFW. Isaiah (G.M.) & Summer (Housekeeping) are the best. They were always available to help make my stay comfortable as possible.

Hallways are very smelly (smoke, probably **** and pet urine smells). Despite advertising coffee in the lobby, there is no coffee mornings until very late. Room is clean and decent. Guest relations or the facility refused to refund the stay. I wouldn't stay here again.

I reserved a room and told them when my flight would arrive, 12:30 am. Got to the hotel at 1:30, NO staff was there. Called the hotel and was told NO staff would be there until 9 the next morning. So, NO room for me and my child. Could not find a room anywhere near Plano / Allen Tx., all hotels were booked. Had to sleep in my car with my 10 year old daughter. This place sinks, and I have a picture of someone sleeping on the sidewalk. DO NOT GO TO THS PLACE...

Room was clean, price was good, and staff was very friendly, it was a pet friendly hotel, the kitchenette was updated, and it’s conveniently located close to lots of shops. I felt safe staying there as a solo female traveler

I love woodspring suites and would recommend them to all because of the helpful front desk staff and the full kitchen is great for cooking for my kids. The convenience of the location is wonderful also close by highway and Walmart.

I booked this hotel a month in advance for my in-laws for a very special occasion we were celebrating. The hotel called me at 11am the day of check in (in-laws were due to check in at 3pm) to tell me they had overbooked the hotel and allowed people to extend their stays so they had no room for us. I worked in the hotel industry for years and this is unethical and horrible customer service. The only compensation offered was they would not charge me for late cancellation. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel if you need to be certain you have the reservation they claim to give you.

Joel at the front desk made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I'd stayed at Woodspring Suites before (in New Jersey), so the expectation was moderate: good value for money, clean, nice room with a functional kitchen and utensils. This particular facility is bigger (in Texas everything is big), and it's neat and clean, and compared to other Woodspring facilities in Dallas, a better value for your money. Highly recommended.
