It was an excellent experience. I live in Cuba and I recognize the effort made by all Hotel workers to maintain a level of service capable of satisfying the most demanding of clients. In general I felt very good.
Only one element that I didn't like was the harassment of Cuban fighters in the beach area. This element is very unpleasant and sows insecurity in the Hotel's clients.

Idyllic setting, magnificent beach, clean and pleasant common areas. Correct and pleasant staff. The buffet
was pretty good, there was a lot of choice, hot dishes, good quality food.
The room leaves something to be desired, not super clean, the cleaning was done on the surface but not in depth.

Fuimos en familia a este maravilloso hotel pero nunca habíamos plasmado lo bien w la pasamos ,súper un excelente servicio,una playa espectacular, nos dieron unas habitaciones con vista al mar, tuvimos la oportunidad de cenar en el restaurante vigia y que, sin palabras, un personal de servicio muy profesional, de forma general que lindo hotel. Lo recomendamos.
