On the face of it this hotel looks idyllic but the reality is very different as all the bungalows are situated on a very steep hillside ,no mention of this in the blurb,if you have breathing or mobility issues ,avoid like the plague,the bungalows themselves are basic but ok,the tv is useless no wifi,the bed in main bedroom felt like lying on concrete woke with bad neck and back most mornings ,food is awful,and ai doesnt exist ,its a shame as the place has a lot of potential but badly unused ,i wouldnt go back there ,i went for a rest and relaxation came back more stressed than i went

Was a bit worried after reading some reviews but can honestly say we had an amazing time and looking to return again next year. We emailed again our son uses a wheelchair so asked for a room near reception etc , staff were very friendly and accommodating, food was enjoyable, the catering staff kept the restaurant very clean and tidy , we had a 2 bed bungalow , we did have few small issues on our stay but they were fixed very quickly

Muy buenas instalaciones, el animador es un crack, la piscina increíble y se desconecta mucho, comida perfecta camareros muy majos el DJ pone música muy buena para todos. La playa está muy cerca es solo 5 minutos es increíble. Esta muy bien organizado shows...

Las instalaciones muy cómodas, todo muy agradable y día día se preocupan del estado de las instalaciones y del cliente. La animación muy top, cada día animan a todo los clientes del hotel y te despiertas con un gato encantador en la puerta de tu boongalo. El restaurante, la zona bufet y piscina muy agradable te sirven rápidamente y son muy educados. INCREÍBLES VACACIONES, desconectas de todo.

Muy buen hotel, todo muy bien organizado. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y grandes. El decorado espectacular. Las vistas increíbles. La piscina con agua climatizada lo mejor. La animación una currada cada día algo mejor. Además la playa está a 5 minutos andando. Unas vacaciones de 10.

Family winter break and we all enjoyed it, food was not the best but I have had worse on all inclusive, entertainment was fun bungalow was clean, beach and bars close by, down side pool was freezing and WiFi rubbish, u get what u pay for and was worth what we paid.

Visiting for the 2nd time this year. Absolutely love this hotel. Facilities are really good and clean, the gym is 5 star. Food is always good and there is something for everyone. The animation team are what makes the holiday, always putting on great entertainment for all ages throughout the day and night. I will definitely be booking again for next year.

Was avaerage not really that much to do in the resort especially on a rainy Sunday …no entertainment..no kids club …no day time entertainment.also the snack bar by the pool meant to be until 4 o’clock,2 days in a row most things removed by half 3.staff were all lovely but I won’t be returning
