Stayed here for 5 nights in December. Overall, I would stay it's okay if you can get a good deal. Pros It is in a good location close to Flamingo Beach. Waterpark is a nice addition. Activities Cons Cleanliness of rooms Food is limited, cold and not to my taste ( apparently more on offer in summer months) states heated pools. They are still freezing!

Great resort with a waterpark, on-site pools and nearby beach, walking up Montaña Roja, along to Pechiguera Lighthouse and into Playa Blanca and beyond to the Saturday market in the marina. The all-inclusive food and drink were delicious and plentiful.

NOT SAFE. Our daughter nearly drowned due to life guards not paying attention and not even watching. They were not even near the main pool where my daughter nearly drowned due to the waves. We booked through jet 2 with the Waterpark included and the water park and hotel attached to the water park have lied. CCTV doesn’t lie. We are taking our complaint further which will mean the police in Spain will have to be involved to see the CCTV. Nurse didn’t speak English non of the life guards did either apart from 1 but that was very poor English. We have witnesses from the public for evidence. No warm blankets or foil to keep her warm ( she kept going blue). Lifeguards spent their time putting chairs away and not even watching. One staff member at the bottom of the big slides watching all 4 slides. No life guards in any of the water. Plug whole slide same staff member was watching. Children running up slides in the kids pool life guards only said something when they saw it which was rare. One life guard said afterwards that the side my daughter was at the waves can take you in further. No signs to say this.We recorded what he said. Lots of lies been told to jet2 but we have evidence to back the truth up. Witnesses etc. it’s interesting how after this incident reviews are going up on the hotel page about how good the life guards are. This accident should not have happened. We are taking this further. Can’t say too much BUT STAY CLEAR OF THIS WATERPARK AND HOTEL.

This hotel is amazing ! I’m thankful for great experience in Lanzarote. Special mention for the Animation Team which is on top ! They are all nice and I we can see that they give all their energy in this job which is good to see ;) We will going back there for sure

Super vacances avec mes deux enfants Juan Carlos et Hubert! Ils ont adorés le mini club avec de nombreuses activités et des animateurs super ! On a bien profité de la piscine et des activités proposés! On remercie énormément l’animation pour sa bonne humeur et son attention! Le restaurant est également très bon! Le personnel de l’hôtel à la réception est très à l’écoute et très serviable notamment Nicolas que nous remercions pour sa grande gentillesse et son sourire ! Pour conclure nous conseillons fortement cette hôtel car c’était des vacances inoubliables!!!

Nous venons de passer un séjour inoubliable au Relaxia Lanzasur à Lanzarote, et nous ne pouvons que le recommander ! L'équipe d'animation est tout simplement géniale, toujours souriante, dynamique et attentive à ce que chacun passe de bons moments. Les activités proposées étaient variées et adaptées pour toute la famille, un vrai plus pour les vacances. Le restaurant est également excellent : une grande variété de plats, avec des produits frais et des saveurs qui raviront tous les goûts. Chaque repas était un plaisir, et le personnel du restaurant était aussi chaleureux que professionnel. Enfin, l'hôtel dans son ensemble est très bien entretenu, avec des espaces communs propres et agréables. Le parc aquatique voisin est un bonus qui a fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands ! Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour merveilleux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Rien à dire sur l’hôtel. Bungalow impeccable. Ménage fait tous les jours. Nous sommes venus avec quelques appréhensions après avoir vu certains commentaires. Pour nous injustifiées, nous sommes très content du logement de la literie et des repas. nous voyagions beaucoup en hôtel All In. Celui-ci est très bien..

De retour au relaxia après une dizaine d'année, agréablement surpris par le buffet qui a bien évolué ( les verrines salées excellentes) beaucoup de choix et bonne qualité. Salle de bain neuve dans la chambre impeccable. Equipe d'animation et personnel au top ! Hôtel très bien entretenu. Le seul hic reste comme la première fois, l'insonorisation des chambres , nous avions des voisins avec deux enfants en bas âge qui des 6h fesait beaucoup de bruit ..
