Just returned from a pre-xmas week at this apartment complex. It ticks all our boxes as a small family of 3. Very nice apartment, pool areas are great, all staff were all absolutely lovely. Great location, we walked into town without issue in 10-15 mins. We hired pool towels for a refundable deposit of 15 euro each, which was returned to us without issue on our last day. We also tried the all you can eat breakfast once, at 7.50 euro pp which we thought was really good value. Not much going on entertainment wise on an evening, very quiet but December is a quiet month. We liked that we were provided with washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and tea towel as it's a pain buying it when you're only there a week. Plenty of plug sockets in lounge and bedroom. Great patio area with table and 4 chairs that got lots of sun. We also liked the lack of sunbed wars, loads of beds and space here. Minor improvements required to the bathroom as the walk in shower kept flooding the whole floor, and the bathroom had a sliding door with no lock (perhaps it was an accessible room? Not sure). Daytime music around pool was fairly loud but it didn't seem to bother anyone, we actually quite enjoyed it. We would 100% go back to these apartments as they are very good value for money.

The complex is well set out and about 800 metres from the nearest beach, shops and restaurants. Reception will call a taxi into town and it is only 3 ~ 4 euro. The two outdoor pools have plenty of loungers and a pool bar. Very loud music throughout the day so don’t expect a relaxing sunbathe.There is an indoor pool and gym for over 18s. This could do with a little tlc. The water features and jacuzzi are out of order at present. The mini market is well stocked and competitively priced. Fresh bread every day. Happy hour is 1200 to 1300 and 1800 to 1900. Some drinks are excluded from the offer such as wine and some spirits. The barman disappears sometimes in the evening without explanation! The pathways and public areas could do with more regular cleaning and the pool bar area is a bit scruffy, considering it is the main drinking place. The poolside bins are often overflowing and the litter blows about. All the glass needs cleaning. Our one bed apartment is perfectly fine, with regular cleaning and linen changes. It looks recently decorated and is very comfortable. No complaint at all. A budget complex that is popular with families and older visitors alike. The reception staff are lovely and will help in any way.

Great service, amazing breakfast
We spent a week in Sep 2024, in a nutshell it was lovely. Service was great, especially Townie (apologies if misspelled), responsible for breakfast most mornings during our stay. He was great and the breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic, excellent value for money (6eur per person if you book for 3+ days). Thanks for everything Caybeach Sun team!

After reading some not so good reviews we were a vit dubious as to what it would be like....needn't have worried. We spent a week here came home yesterday, 2 adults and a 13 year old. The complex itself is spotless with beautifully kept gardens, 3 different pool.areas with plenty on sunbeds at all times, amazing staff at the pool bar amd surrounding areas. Our apartment was on the ground floor towards the back near the tennis courts etc with our terrace overlooking gardens and so relaxing and quiet (glad to be here rather than nearer to pools which would have been less private and obv more noisy). The apartment itself although basic was all we needed for a weeks stay, spacious, clean with a good shower and comfy beds, basic cooking equipment. Good base for either the marina or the main centre about a 15 minute walk to both with the papagayo centre, harp and bikers bar 10 mins away, just had to decide right or left every night and then the choice of bars and restaurants was great. Great food inparticular in the Italian job and Lanis grill. Would definitely go back, recommend for all ages but the kids section with slides would be a definite plus for families with younger kids.

My wife and I stayed at Caybeach for a week from 29th Nov. We are in our fifties and generally have 3-5 foreign holidays a year. So we've been around a bit! Some of the reviews mentioned that the apartments might have been a bit tatty. This didn't worry us as we had spent two weeks in Greece in September, so tatty apartments are not a major worry :) We had nothing to worry about as the apartment was well maintained and fully fitted out with everything we needed. Ours had a large balcony/terrace. All of the staff were really pleasant and helpful and were always smiling. The grounds and pool areas were also spotless and the pool bar a pleasant place to have a drink. Honestly, for the price we paid, we could not have been happier. We will be going back next year. Fab hotel!
A great hotel with lovely apartments such good value for money. I wasn’t expecting much for what I paid and I was pleasantly surprised. Modern inside and comfortable, lovely quiet air con, wifi bit rubbish but not a problem. The pools were fab and kids slides a big hit! Drinks and snacks by the pool were reasonably priced too and a short walk to the front only about 8 or 9 minutes.

Great value
We stayed here 2 nights, very clean, beds very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful- never used the pools. We looked at the breakfast but we thought there was not enough choice so we made our own in the apartment and saved 7 euros per person per day.
