Having stayed there two years ago, the crisis really hit, especially in terms of catering.
The hotel welcomes 80% German tourists who eat sausages, bacon, eggs, beans, tomato sauce, etc. for breakfast and who are not present at lunch, which resembles a really average canteen meal, dishes constantly recycled, deserted over 15 days, always the same cakes and pies served still frozen, dessert cream, 6 or 8 for 300 people. The dinner is no better. I really do not recommend running away, even unless you like low-end and repetitive food.

Lovely hotel. Rooms and areas around the hotel spotless. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Pool bar very good and snacks made to order! Food at buffet just ok everything was cold unfortunately at the buffet and nothing had signs on. Needs a new toaster! Lol Location isn’t great but taxis cost 5€ each way. Would stay again. Rate 3.5 stars not 4.

On arriving and being on a half board basis we ate in the restaurant on the Sunday evening. Hot food was cold and I raised concerns about hot plates and temperature. Soup was lukewarm. Cracked and dirty glasses and plates not always clean. I raised the matter with staff and was told to speak with the manager the next day. I attempted to speak to the manager on 4 separate occasions over 3 days and in the end was basically told that he would not see me to speak about my issue. Not really the type of attitude you would expect. Have not eaten the Buffet dinner any other night.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Well maintained grounds and pools. Good variety of tasty food. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Very good value for money. Being given a glass of Cava on arrival was a great welcome!

Lovely spacious room great balcony with sunbeds looking out to the sea. Staff are fantastic and would do anything to help. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was mediocre at best, no information on the food and as I don’t eat meat I had to dig in to the food to see what was in it. Drinks are reasonable

Great location welcoming and friendly staff the apartment was well maintained and cleaned to a high standard The beds were really comfy The restaurant offered a variety of buffet food and fresh fish and meat cooked from a griddle. In addition a pizza oven making fresh pizzas to suit individuals tastes we look forward to going again in December 2025

My colleague and I supported 3 service users to this hotel and the staff were fantastic. Juan and Simone on reception Francesco in the restaurant and most of all Manuel in the pool bar he went out of his way to make them feel so special. The bungalows were beautiful and always cleaned. All in all for the week from start to finish was wonderful thankyou all so much and hopefully see you all again next year X
