Good location in the city center of Playa, close to all activities and it's not expensive.
Clean well and room service very active and on time.

This hotel is perfectly located on a block away from the main *****. You can hear the music carry over from nearby bars but that didn’t bother me, it’s expected in a location like this. Upon checking in they give you a tv remote and tell you not to move the thermostat. The AC was fixed to run all night and did not have an automatic feature, so it made for extremely cold nights.
The reason I lowered the rating is the customer service. You are given only two towels and there was no hand towels at all. I tried calling the front desk but nobody answered the 6 times I called. I had to go down and grab one myself where I was asked to sign one out. No big deal. However, the following day housekeeping took this towel and never replaced it. I hope I don’t get charged for a small hand towel

Llegamos en la noche y la habitación estaba terriblemente calurosa y el aire acondicionado no enfrió hasta después de 2 horas. "Prestan toallas para la alberca" solo si hay disponibilidad y pues no había aunque eran las 9am. No lo recomiendo

The hotel is nice and quiet, although it needs a little more care in the infrastructure details.
The continental breakfast has good portions and the pool, despite being small, is nice, although there is a need for a little more chairs around it.
