Room was run down and designer was on somethings when he designed the interior as it's all dark wood floors , shadows and the Red fluorescent lighting doesn't help. The room , on the 1st floor, did not have a fridge, coffee pot or microwave- they had two full towels which had holes in them but no face cloth or had towels nor any drinking glasses of any kind. Needed to speak to check in staff to get another room or at least a fridge and coffee machine. After a day both where found and brought to my room. Room was cleaned each day so that was a bonus and the 3 breakfasts included were a simple fare but appreciated. Overall staff were excellent but hotel was seeing it age and although location was great, I would not come back for another stay.

No tenían toallas porque se les averió la lavadora, la camarista abrió mi habitación sin permiso pese que yo estaba dentro. El frigobar de la habitación perdía agua.
Cuando llegue la primer habitación que me dieron estaba sucia comida en el refri el inodoro casi se sale, la nueva habitación no tenía toallas y cuando solicité toallas y dijeron no tenían más, les pedí que me dieran de la habitación anterior que si tenía y me respondieron que ya la habían rentado por lo que no podían darme esas toallas.
Hotel en muy mal estado, sucio, le falta mucho Mantenimento. El personal agradable pero les falta predisposición. La gerente de recepción nada empatica y sin ánimo de resolver mis problemas.
No lo recomiendo!

Seré lo más honesta posible con mi reseña el hotel está en muy malas condiciones , tienen que meterle muchísimo para ser lo que era hace unos años… llegamos 12:30 am no llevamos ni una hora cuando notamos plaga de cucarachas 🪳 en el baño , además de que el baño estaba sucio, afuera de nuestra habitación había nido de murciélagos rondándo y eso nos causaba ansiedad, la zona de el desayuno de miedo, todo el hotel lleno de goteras, sin contar la experiencia tan nefasta de Cithaly de ventas poco profesional y muy muy grosera la peor experiencia que he tenido con una persona que se dedique a las “ventas”. A diferencia de Fede de recepción súper educado y servicial tratando de empatizar y resolviendo todas las inconformidades , cabe mencionar que siempre en todo momento fuimos respetuosas por que sabemos que en el pedir esta el dar. El del bar también muy amable y carismático y nos tocó ver cómo citlaly le hablaba de una forma despota a su compañero muy mal deberían de capacitarla mejor por que de ser por ella no tendrían ya a ningún huésped .
