Primera vez en Playa del carmen, fuimos en familia y fue una experiencia maravillosa, desde el check in hasta la salida. Los show en especial mencion a Alejandro y Osiris muy buenos animadores en el bar de Quetzal. Que decir de los show en el teatro muy buenos. Tuvimos la suerte de estar para la fiesta de blanco en la playa linda noche, solo buenas recomendaciones para el hotel, la piscina la playa maravillosa, los buffet y los demás restaurantes sin ningún problema, solo lo malo es el trago que es nacional y no de muy buena calidad pero en general volvería a ir sin dudas. Fui a jugar tenis con mi familia que éramos 4 en el hotel y nos dio una clase Nestor. Lo pasamos muy bien muy buena atención y aprendimos mucho. Un gran profesional con muchas tablas y don de gentes. Sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias Nestor!

Excelente servicio, el chef José nos dio recomendaciones del buffet y una buena plática, muy atento. La comida estuvo deliciosa, la fruta muy fresca y el pan del día también muy rico. Había mucha variedad de alimentos para cualquier gusto.
