Very helpful and welcoming staff at the reception. Nice facilities inside and outside of the hotel. Superb breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food, fruit and bakery. Very friendly staff in general.

On arrival the hotel looked very impressive (It was just after Christmas) although I'm sure it looks great all the time. Reception staff efficient and friendly with glass of bubbly on arrival. Room was excellent with all bathroom essentials required supplied (we had brought our own) as first time visiting. There was a bottle of wine in the room not sure if this is normal or because it was out first visit. Food and drink was great (we had all inclusive package). The snack bar during the day serving the usual hamburgers etc. The rooftop bar (our favourite) was always well staffed who were friendly and welcoming. No complaints whatsoever - except one tiny little thing. On an all inclusive package some sort of 'snacks' crisps, nuts etc. not necessarily cooked food would have been nice on the rooftop. (these were available to buy) All in all we had a great time and will certainly have no hesitation in booking again hopefully for Easter 2025 or if not hopefully for after Christmas 2025

Room 605a , whenever upstairs flushed their loo or had a shower we thought water was rushing in our room , poor design fault & unnerving especially during the night , lifts were dreadful , tables in dining room too close together , the lounge bar doesn’t open until 9pm so if you want a drink it’s the rooftop bar which is cold & windy , no heaters . Having paid 4.5 k for 2 weeks over Xmas & n year , we were charged another 60euros just so we could have a table on the rooftop nye , which was freezing . Shocking . Only one bar staff on duty in bars left us queuing & waiting ages for a drink , not the staffs fault, they all worked so hard it was hard to watch . Lounge bar has outside seating which is big & bulky , not comfortable & only allows for limited seating . Entertainment was dire . Food is quite good but very repetitive so we ate out a lot , even though we were all inclusive. Christmas Day & NYE gala dinners were exceptional . Room cleanliness was great . Overpriced & not good value Would not return

Firstly we have been to island numerous times and stopped in numerous places, however this place has been the best we've stayed in on the island so far, we came out on the 19th December for 8 days over the Christmas period, I can honestly say the cleaning staff are constantly on the go, everywhere is spotless, toilets, walkways, rooms, pool areas .. Restaurant staff, even though the restaurant was manic 270 people per sitting the staff worked so hard in clearing and preparing the tables for other people, whilst also serving you your drinks .. ( No spirits ) basically wine, beer, pop.. The Christmas gala buffet was just out of this world, the preparations they went to, to make it special was outstanding, booked seats, arrived before for the cocktail drinks, then shown to your table by the lovely staff.. the food from starter to dessert was just bang on.. We are booking again for next year.. Downsides for me.. Young bar staff, couldn't keep up with the flow of drinks, needs more than 1 bar staff serving .. All inclusive stops at 11pm but roof top bar open till 12am if paying.. Need a inside bar open more hours, we had a few windy days and didn't expect to be on the 9th floor roof top with a drink.. Entertainment is a live singer stops at 10.30 .. you need to get rid of the large rattan garden furniture and reorganise the layout, there's potential to double the seating inside .. only fits 52 due to wrong furniture.. I'd recommend getting a live band in, the singers definitely had a tough crowd .. no one was staying put due to lack of seating / singer.. Surrounding buildings run down, there's a absolutely gorgeous church over the road worth a visit, local bus station 33 goes around other towns, 32 goes straight into mogan .. which is like a little Venice.. Anyways we enjoyed our stay with no faults or complaints and we will be back again :-)
