Love the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

Took this hotel for transit during bazaar visit in JB. For the price, there is not much complaints. Check in was a breeze. The walkway to the rooms are a little narrow. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. There is a working TV, and has two electrical socket points, one on each side of the bed. Overall, value for money.

It is my 3rd day of stay in this resort and it exceeded my expectation. I rented a 5 room villa and it is superbly maintained, comfy and clean. It is located just next to the golf course and the view is fantastic. At night you could hear the sound of insects with cool breeze. The staff here are helpful and courteous. We had dinner in the Club and most of the dishes are very good especially the duck 🦆 . Activities wise it caters to all age and personalities- we played tennis, table tennis, swimming pool with slide for kids. We’ll like try archery before leaving tomorrow. There are many other things here like table pool, gym, squash, horse riding, a small field for football and of course golf- we won’t have time for all these this time 😉. Nice hotel. Pocket friendly . The stall is Friendly too Room is clean and the bed is very comfy . Location near to mall n jb custom. Tried the loklok nearby... Yummy but a bit pricey 😜 This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel . Be back soon again

The air conditioner is not functioning well as we felt hot during night. Hope can improve it. Overall is good. Clean and convenient.
