everything about your service is disgusting. your crooks your partners are same it is not a money grabbing thing when someone is in a fire using a welfare card to get a room cause their home burns down ghat it is proper for your two companies to take their money and you know ahead of time that it is a debit card. you will never live thus down. I zm going to make sure I plaster everywhere how you robbed me. crooks give me bCk my money jou goofs

Great rooms, quiet hotel, excellent staff. We really enjoyed the restaurant. Renovations are underway but did not affect us at all. Great location. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice lobby and large parking lot.

great facility. Sunbridge is actually Sheraton 4 points. would like to give ZERO stars The only problem is that the hotel is over-run with hockey clubs. That is, imagine Lord of the Flies. now multiply that by 10. The halls were rampant with running, screaming, yelling kids (3 to 10 year olds) and sometimes with hockey sticks. running and screaming continued all afternoon until approximately 11 pm. One felt like a prisoner in their own room. The parents did nothing to correct this, as they were getting bombed (drunk) in their hotel rooms (saw the coolers going into the rooms). On check out, I said that the facilities were great, but the hotel lost control of security and well-being of the other paying guests. The response from the front desk / manager was the following: "95% of the rooms were for hockey club parents. This type of behavior is true for all hotels in the area and this type of behavior is to be expected." I would hope NO ONE stays there as this type of attitude has to change. If I ran my business this way, I would have been out of business by virtue of bad word of mouth. Hopefully, this catches up to this hotel. The "there is nothing we can do attitude" has to go.

-Rooms were very tight. -Staff was rude -No exhaust fan in bathroom-vent cover,but no fan. Not sure who they think they're fooling. - cleaning staff was extremely rude to multiple people. - management was also extremely rude. -The only plus was that renovation looks nice. But its similar to your typical landlord special asthetic renovation. Just cover the old with nice looking, not quality, new.

I really like this hotel. It is converting over to a Four Points Sheraton. The lobby is large with lots of comfortable seating for groups to hang out. It is very nicely decorated as well. They have several ballrooms that can be used for even larger groups to gather and make a great space for a team. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is large and fun for the kids. The rooms are not small and have a very large television and comfortable beds and pillows. The only negative was the restaurant. I would definitely avoid the restaurant buffet. I did not try the breakfast buffet but heard negative reviews. We did try the dinner buffet and most of the food was over-cooked/burnt and did not taste good. It was a lot to pay $22 CAD to have very disappointing food.

The hotel is under extensive renovations but the available rooms are excellent.
