The environment is good, there is really an old temple tree, the room is big enough to see the snowy mountains. It is a currency exchange pit, which is much lower than the exchange rate outside.

One of the most exclusive hotels in Nepal, Fishtail Lodge is a decidedly elegant retreat. Goma is fantastic she is beautiful and makes sure my room is set for a perfect return after working. The hotel staff in general are fantastic and also the food is amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone in Lakeside of Pokhara to visit especially on a Saturday when they do Brunch for RPS 2499. One drink complementary and the chefs hard work to cook infront of you is great to see and to the taste will have you taste buds jumping for joy. *****

The air conditioner is really not cold, the fan is soft, the bed is soft, the location is very good to go out to eat, I stayed with my dad in Pokhara for six days and five nights, three nights at the Kasuga Hotel two nights at the Zhongdao Hotel No contrast, no harm, Kasuga Hotel is more than 180 RMB a night. We live on the fourth floor and have a balcony. The air conditioner is very good. We can also wash clothes and dry clothes. The Zhongdao Hotel has 464 RMB for one night, and the price is more than twice as expensive. We lived in the middle of the first floor, no balcony, no clothes, only the bathroom, and finally blown dry by the hair dryer. Yes, the Zhongdao Hotel has a hair dryer. The room space is much smaller than the Kasuga Hotel. The only comfort. It is rich in breakfast, and there is a little hot water in the bath. The hotel should be expensive in the decoration of the hotel. The lobby and the spa room it owns must also pay for the spa. I have never been to it. I don’t know. In addition, live on the first floor and even the lobby phone ringtones can be heard, but the quality of the people staying at the hotel is very good, so it is not very noisy, the soundproofing equipment is really very general, the hotel service is very good, this is recognized We went to the airport to help call the taxi. This price is generally in this place. The first two pictures uploaded are Zhongdao Hotel, and the latter one is a Kasuga Hotel that costs more than 100 RMB. You can really compare it for reference. The location of the two hotels is really less than five minutes.

Pokhara a great place for a short stay, think about the Helicopter trip to Annapurna and do the sunrise early morning view of the mountains. Food was great and people happy to serve. The lake was a good place for reflection, rated the Grande hotel very well comfortable quiet and good service.

We have been travelling through India and Nepal and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Staff were poor, housekeeping was poor. Constant noise including late at night, some caused by staff themselves. ( we had to complain numerous times up to 3.00am one night) The pool is cold and indoors in the reception area so totally unsuitable for relaxing. The hot tub was not working. The spa area, toilet and changing room were very old and dirty. In our room ….There was no mattress cover on bed and only a thin bottom sheet with a tear in it, the bedding never got changed in a week. Housekeeping did not clean the bathroom in a week. We had nothing to mop the ‘wet room’ with after a shower so had to use a towel that never got changed. We had no water one day (supposed to be 2 per day) and had to ask 3 times during the day. We got some at 9.00 pm ( one bottle) We bought our own toilet rolls as there were never enough as housekeeping did not come in every day. Only place for relaxing in sun ( hard chairs and tables ) was on the roof terrace that was constantly used for events and unusable for hotel guests. This meant it was always being cleaned and tided so a constant moving of chairs and tables scraping on the tiled floor. ( next to our room) early in the morning and late at night. The only time we saw housekeeping was at 5.00 pm one day to come in and take our rubbish. ( it took two ladies to do this!) they did not offer any clean towels or top up toilet rolls. We had been out all day and were relaxing in our room. Why come in so late? Breakfast was very poor, bad coffee ( powdered) poor choice of food and always cold. We stopped going for breakfast. We know this is Nepal and do not expect 5* accommodation but we had stayed at The Ramada in Kathmandu and it was fabulous and could not fault that hotel at all.

It was our first visit in Pokhara and we chose Shangrila Village resort to stay. It was my husband's birthday, so i had few surprises in mind. The entire staff especially Araj made everything so easy and possible. They decorated our room, arranged a cake, special breakfast setting- everything was done so seamlessly. Araj was always responsive even after his working hours which means a lot. The location is breathtaking with full view of Annapurna range. Kudos to the staff and the hospitality. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and made our stay feel like home. The shuttle service made it really easy to commute to the lakeside n back. The spa services are also commendable. Thank you Shangrila & Araj for taking prime care of us and making our stay so memorable. We would definitely visit there again :)

Very good hotel, did not bargain 300 rupees from the airport. Keep at the beginning of Fewa Lake. Next to the commercial street, there are goods to eat and sell. A 5-minute walk along the lake is the cruise ship pier, which takes 20 minutes to reach the widest water surface of Fewa Lake. The top of the hotel can clearly see the towering snow-capped mountains. It is generally clear in the morning and is covered by clouds after noon. The hotel has its own car and driver to rent, the price is not compared, but it should be more reliable than the taxi on the street. When we went out, we encountered thunderstorms. The driver was always with us, and the psychological situation was much more practical. Good environment, breakfast, free delivery to the airport.
