Die Anlage ist angenehm gepflegt und sehr grün. Die Zimmer sind ok, mittlerer Standard. Eine 4* plus Bewertung sehe ich jedoch nicht, dafür ist die Anlage etwas unmodern. Die Bar ist nett, aber recht einfach eingerichtet. Die Getränkeauswahl und die Zubereitung aber sehr gut. Der Essenssaal auch eher zweckmäßig und laut. Wenn man diese Bereiche moderner gestalten würde, würde das dem Hotel wirklich gut tun … Insgesamt würde ich bis hier nur 3-4 Punkte vergeben. Absolut bemerkenswert ist allerdings das Essen und das Personal. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig, es gibt auch eine nette Kaffeebar. Das Abendessen ist toll: viel landestypische Auswahl, aber auch kreative Spezialitäten: gestern gab es sogar Sushi von einer sehr guten Qualität. Dazu Stationen, wo zB Pasta (gestern Cacio & Pepe mit frisch gehobeltem schwarzen Trüffel) zu bereitet wird. Alles ist sehr frisch, optisch sehr ansprechend und nett zubereitet. Für ein so großes Hotel wirklich bemerkenswert. Das zweite große Plus: Das reichlich vorhandene Personal ist unglaublich herzlich und bemüht. Zwar kamen wir mit einer großen Gruppe zu Saisonende, aber trotzdem war wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter freundlich und erfüllte jeden Wunsch.

Abbiamo trascorso purtroppo solo 1 notte qui ma è bastato x capire il potenziale della struttura. Già dall'ingresso si capisce la cura degli ambienti e spazi comuni. Personale sia reception che al ristorante gentilissimi e simpatici. La nostra Camera pulitissima ed era bella grande com un salottino con divano letto e un bel bagno grande e con tutto IP necessario... Vagano liberi per il villaggio dei simpaticissimi conigli che si fanno anche avvicinare... Purtroppo la giornata era brutta non abbiamo potuto fare il bagno c'è un bella porzione di spiaggia dove poter prendere il sole e un pontile con la scaletta x scendere in acqua e nonostante il maltempo abbiamo notato un mare pulitissimo e dai colori splendidi. Buffet della cena sontuoso! Un enorme tavolo centrale con antipasti contorni insalate affettati e poi frutta e dolci poi un angolo con i primi 2 o 3 la nostra serata era a tempo asiatico e in un angolo c'erano diverse speciali orientali buonissime. E poi la parte dei secondi grill fatti al momento carne e pesce. Tutto ottimo replicato poi dalla colazione del giorno dopo Eccezionale. Non vediamo l'ora di poter tornare!

A very nice hotel with great accommodation and good food. The pool was clean and large enough. Access to the sea was down some steps against the rocks, which may not be for everyone, but we had no problem. The main issue we (and many other people on the tour we were on) was the attitude of the staff, especially in the bar and reception. Although they had a lot on duty in the bar, we were often left waiting whilst just one served and 4 or 5 others just stood chatting among themselves. Everything seemed to be too much trouble, cushions were not put out one evening because "it might rain". It didn't and they were still not out the next evening so, after much conversation between bar and reception staff, a waiter slowly got them out of the cupboard whilst we as customers put them all out. We were not allowed table service in the bar (indoors or out) and one of our party was refused a tray to carry out drinks as, apparently we had the wrong colour wristband. All this was done with a lack of grace and customer service seemed to be non existent. These things did impact on our enjoyment of the stay which was a shame as everything else met our expectations!

Struttura molto accogliente e ben organizzata. Meravigliosi i giardini, le piante cosparse per tutta l'area e simpatica la presenza dei conigli. Mare bellissimo di scoglio, con accesso da un pontile e scaletta direttamente in acqua. Cibo eccellente,molto vario, con un occhio particolare alla cucina pugliese. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e professionale, pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Esperienza positiva sicuramente da ripetere, per noi è già il decimo anno!!

Struttura bellissima e confortevole. Sono stato piacevolmente colpito dalla cordialità, gentilezza e cortesia dì tutto lo staff sempre disponibili nel metterti a tuo agio. Un luogo dove staccare dal tram tram di tutti i giorni e godersi il mare, la spiaggia e il verde di cui ne è parte integrante. Punto di eccellenza è la ottima cucina con un servizio a buffet di qualità e quantità che mi hanno fatto apprezzare le prelibatezze pugliesi e non solo. Vorrei ringraziare in particolar modo i ragazzi del servizio spiaggia sempre pronti ad aiutare in ogni occasione. Struttura con la piena accessibilità, tanto è vero che io che vivo in sedia a rotelle non ho trovato alcuna difficoltà nel muovermi e anche nell' accesso alla spiaggia e al mare con l'aiuto dei bagnini (sempre attenti). Soddisfatta, sicuramente da consigliare a chi desidera trascorrere qualche giorno in assoluto relax, a due passi da Polignano. Camere pulite, cortesia e sopratutto ottima colazione e cena e servizio eccellente. CDS non mi ha deluso

Nonostante un mio errore nella prenotazione i ragazzi alla reception hanno fatto di tutto x cercare una soluzione.... Risolto il problema, avevo prenotato una standard, mi hanno consegnato le chiavi di una suite (solo un po datata) completa di tutti i confort e nel prezzo era inclusa la colazione e il servizio in spiaggia, piscina ecc.... Un grazie ancora della disponibilità e complimenti per il pacchetto tutto compreso. Posto per rilassarsi.... Mare spettacolare, Tutto il personale gentilissimo.... Complimenti!!!

Rooms good standard, WiFi good. Food all considered very good. However packed lunches for excursions were very poor, no imagination and they let the usual food standards down. There is NOT a sandy beach as suggested by the photos it is rocky but the sea was warm! Bar staff generally rude and unhelpful. Very sad considering we went at the end of season and you would have thought they would be less stressed and more helpful! Seemed very anti towards English groups who basically paying their wages! Local wine served in the bar very good. The outer areas of the complex were tardy, littered and unloved. The inner areas well kept with cute rabbits running free. The hotel is off the beaten track, about an hours walk from the nearest town. Tea/coffee facilities in room ok, but powdered milk terrible and restocking portions minimal. Plenty of toiletries on day one but not replenished. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Spa ok. We had a free hour as a guest/package but not worth the going price of €30. Massage was nice, average price. Gym facilities included a few pieces of apparatus in an outside tent! Pleasant grounds great when the sun is shining…. Little to do otherwise, one pool table. We went on a group booking. Rooms were opposite end of campus to dining room! Luckily it didn’t rain at meal times, otherwise we may gotten very wet! All in all good accommodation and food but NOT 4 star. Customer service by bar staff left a lot to be desired. Evening entertainment consisted of various local artists playing or singing on a small stage between 9 and 11pm. Ok as background music, quite middle of the road. Had a nice holiday, won't return.
