Villa Victor

The room was spacious, it had nice bed, clean sheets, the ac was good and functional, wardrobe space available, a table, chair, coffe table, nice gallery, the bathroom was clean. The room had a nice vintage look, the pastel colors were soothing to the eyes, i felt very comfortable and at ease. The staff was very very friendly and helpful, the service was good. The overall experience was very good.

Not good service, restaurant service not good, no hot water supply, no blankets, old pillow covers,

Hotel rooms were not that great. Dirty beds and pillow covers. Room walls were wet and fungal formation

No one was at reception i couldn't enter the hotel as my train was late i reached at 11. 20 at night and had to find another hotel. It was really inconvenient.

the room did not have tv connection. the rooms had cobwebs, no parking option, the bed sheets where as old as the hotel, worst support staffs.

Extremely dirty room and washroom with extremely rude staff.

Location is very good. Walking distance to beach. Hotel is also quiet good but staffs making it worse. They don't bother you don't listen to you they only say one thing sorry i cant do anything about this you have to just manage or else check out. This is their behavior towards guest. I my room TV is not working a/c is cooling properly. And the last but not least in bathroom tap was broken flush is not working shower is broken inf-act jet spray is also not working everything you have to do is fill water in bucket then do everything. Worst experience worst. I recommend just resign your staffs and do check every room and fix whatever is not working.

Hotel was not up to the mark as shown, after that the staff behavior was not so good, then for the first day we got only 3 room instead of 4 rooms which we have booked and also i haven't received any refund regarding that from them.
