Red Roof Inn & Suites Savannah Airport

I selected this hotel because was the only one that advertised transportation service from the Savannah international airport. After payment they asked me to contact the hotel for the service and they announced the service was suspended the previous year. :(

Felt safe and was quiet. Breakfeast was better than most ive been to. Coffee excellent

We are regular RR Inn guests. The staff was lovely. The room however wasn’t up to the usual standards. This lighting was terrible in the vanity area. The shower/tub handle was very hard to turn and was stuck on hot water. We had to cut our stay short due to unexpected circumstances. Was charged for the last day of our reservation! I hope they didn’t rent that room to another person!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exterior of the building appears to be in good condition. The plants were a little overgrown but that's not a big deal to me. The lobby area appears to have been recently been remodeled/updated and was tastefully done. The bed was comfortable and clean. There were a few black hairs found on the sink counter and in the sink itself. The bathroom was clean but the caulking around the tub/shower enclosure needs to removed and replaced. The corner round on the floor side of the tub had scuffmarks which may have been buffed out. The floors throughout the room were vinyl that looks like laminate flooring and were clean. The entry door stopper had been replaced but the job was shoddy; rather than replace the section of damaged baseboard, a piece of unpainted plywood was screwed into the damaged baseboard and the doorstop was affixed to the plywood. Over-all, the room was in good condition, but it could use some minor touchups. If someone is accustomed to a picture perfect room, I would say that they would be disappointed.

Good on pricing, Clean towels and sheets

Toilet low to the floor, shower handle broken so you could not regulate water, sink outside bathroom so no place to put personal items, mattress was awful - could feel springs.

Except for the condition of the property. The staff was great. The floor of room 201 was badly warped. i started taking my shower, and the spout to tub flew off. My second room the wood floor was scrathed like a child had a good time. and the love seat was milldewed. I also thought the breakfast could be better, but it was not bad.
