It seems like a real shame to me. First problems paying and they asked me to make a transfer. Second, the room with a double bed that I booked when I arrived did not have it and they gave us one with two beds.... Third, the facilities should be urgently inspected, I have been a risk prevention technician and that "building" that is not level (I money game) has incredible structural irregularities for being open on the seafront of Alcudia. The doors of the rooms do not fit, closing it is an odyssey, the sink hanging from the part that sticks to the wall about to fall with three silicone threads, critical light points visible that I imagine they would be repairing that day, there without covering nor assure in any way. It is one thing to be a cheap hostel and not expect anything out of this world, and another thing is to fall asleep wondering if the building will hold up. If you are undergoing renovations, close the building properly and do them, not with people staying in there

I have to put a star, because if not, I can't edit the review, but what I should put is, at least, a minus 5 stars. We did not like anything, neither the treatment, nor the staff, nor the management. We could not stay due to a late schedule change from the shipping company, and they, after asking them, justifying the reason, but they did not want to cancel the reservation without charge, €103.05. We asked them, since we couldn't stay, and we already had excursions booked in the area, if we could at least have breakfast, and they told us yes, to come in and they would give us a ticket to a nearby restaurant. We went at 7 in the morning, as we informed them, and there was no one at the reception, we called at least 5 times and they did not pick up the phone. Total, a disaster, a bad experience and with €103.05 less in my pocket.

It is used to sleep and that's it. There is almost no space in the shower, the rooms are nothing special and beautiful, what they say is beautiful, it is not. But at least it's cheap and it's in a good place to walk around the port and with the beach at nothing.
