Nice quiet environment. Facility wise cleanliness is alright but can be better. Bath tub a bit old. Have some insects and flying inside the room. The rest is fine.

Dirty doors around door knobs. Excessive soil, hair and dust under couch. Large roaches. No wifi for the 3 day stay. Room was changed yet paid for a room with full kitchen and oven and was given a microwave.

Large apartment with two large balconies in a big, quiet gated complex. The pool was amazing and there were lots of pool toys for the kids. Beautiful gardens that were well maintained. The staff was friendly but we didn’t interact with them much at all as we were out during the day and reception isn’t open beyond 8:30-5.
However, the apartment itself was pretty run down. Ripped carpet, chipped counters and furniture, heavily used appliances (scratched up and stained) and very uncomfortable plastic cushioned sofas and chairs. It was clean and the beds were comfortable though. Just all older and very well used.

I was recommended to stay here by a lovely gentleman who stays here ever year and feel very let down Will start with positives Area we were in was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Now for the rest. Parking limited due to tradie taking up spot for his trailer so we had to park in someone else’s spot. Apartment is very outdated Stove didn’t work and either did clicker Surround in microwave kept falling off Appliances very out dated Sliding wardrobe in bed room couldn’t use as doors fell off due to no runners left Tv in bedroom in some form of cupboard where my husband could see it due to cupboard door Unfortunately we won’t be returning Shower very awkward No cupboard to store food

We loved our location with a view of the rain forest. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging tours and recommendations for shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay in Port Douglas. It's not really a hotel, but holiday villa apartments, with in-room laundry machines and a great kitchen and living room area. Mine was a 1-bedroom unit but I assume they would have larger apartments for families. It had a great veranda, as well as a nice pool and bbq area where we cooked out one night to share time with friends. I also golfed next door at the Palmer Sea Reef course and received a discount for being a guest at this property, Would definitely recommend.

It was great, exactly what I needed. Clean room, it can use an update though (don’t like the carpet for hygiënic reasons). Friendly staff, a list with restaurants, beautiful quiet environment and Nespresso coffee available in the room :)
