It’s a very nice hotel, simple but functional! The location is amazing, very close to nice area with good restaurants, 5 min walking distance. The room is spacious and very clean. I highly recommend!

I tried to call the number which is displayed on the official website several times but no response. I checked in after the reception was closed, so I needed to call a number which was displayed at the front door, no one picked up, but a man called me back after 1 or two minutes, me not knowing what to do. When I stepped into the room, I immediately anticipated a strong smell, which was not mould, but something intense and really not good smelling. Then I opened the water tap in the sink, and I saw that the water was brown, same in the shower. On the next day, I mentioned this to the reception and asked for a discount, since I was not satisfied with the room, but unfortunately this was neglected. I cannot recommend this hotel and I would not stay again there.

It's by the sea, quite humid, and the quilt is wet. It has a balcony, outdoor swimming pool, microwave and refrigerator.

Had a lovely stay, and extended by a night as we loved it here. Super convenient location. Nice room. Good air conditioning. Very friendly staff. Ample parking. Relatively quiet despite being close to main road. Good bathroom. Would visit again

Will definitely stay at this place again. Close to restaurants, shops, walking track along the water. Bed was very comfortable and good pressure in shower.

Excellent room that looked all spruced up. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The large bathroom had a great shower with a full, steady stream of water. The hostess who greeted us was very personable and cheerful. Thevroom was very clean and bright. The room also had a patio that faced a grassy lawn and had a table and four chairs on the patio where guests could relax outside. The mitel is only a frw blocks from the main downtown area and boardwalk. I'd book here again.

We only stayed for one night whilst passing through. If we come back to Port Macquarie we would definitely stay again. The newly renovated rooms was really nice, well presented and looked good. The rest of the hotel looks good and the pool area looked great to. Staff we friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend this hotel. Our only issue was the carpark height, the exit to the carpark is quite low (185cm) so if you have a taller car this is something to be mindful of, this wasn't an issue though and there was a place for us to park our car anyway.

For a last minute stay we didn't want to spend much so for the price the Motel was great. The room was neat & clean & the pool was perfect to cool down. The only down side was we have a high van which didn't fit under the car park but the staff were helpful & offered an alternate spot & our daughter has a walking frame/wheelchair & there is no lift but we managed to walk up the stairs.

Fine for one night but wouldn’t stay for any longer - the room wasn’t exactly as pictured so was much smaller in person - check in time also only goes to 7pm or whenever the receptionist leaves, not 9pm like everything states
