Everything was excellent except the bathroom facilities had issues maintaining the shower temperature and the basin mixer was spraying water onto the bench when turned on.

The environment is super nice and peaceful. My kids have much fun in the swimming pool. And the food in hotel restaurant is yummy! Definitely will come again!

Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful. However the photos of the bathroom were misleading - the shower and toilet look spacious but were narrow in reality My father was has a walker and there wasn't enough room for him to walk to the toilet. There were no shower rails for support (they were actually towel rails). So the place is not really disability friendly (though staff did provide shower chair). The mattresses were also extremely soft - making it difficult to get out of bed.

Everything was very good. Bed was little bit soft for my test but was perfect for my husband.

Suitable for self-driving. The scenery around the hotel is nice. There is the light house.

The room is very clean. I recommend it first when visiting Port Macquarie👍. It is the first choice for families and a hotel that I always book repeatedly👍

I drove here and passed by. The service was very friendly. The surrounding environment was good. It was also close to the Koala Hospital. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and it kept raining. I didn't go to the beach.

There is a five-star environment near the port. The room is a standard express hotel style and the service response is quick. However, the sanitary condition is worrying. The blankets and towels are all black.

The room facilities are good, and there is a beautiful pier next to it. Some of the free breakfast items are charged, mainly on a table.

There is a terrace on the first floor, and you can see the swimming pool and sailboats in the small harbor when you walk there. There is a large parking lot, and there is a McDonald's and a supermarket opposite. Breakfast is a buffet with average varieties.

It's not really that great, but it really depends on who you compare with, the ones around you are worse. The environment is relatively good compared to other hotels. There is no elevator. If you stay on the second floor, you need to carry your luggage yourself. The breakfast is really hard to describe.
