Probably one of the swishest gaffs on the island. Decent buffet breakfast...nicely appointed rooms...quiet and away from everything. Shame the lagoon is so polluted (not (exclusively) this hotel's fault to be fair) that no one can swim in it. Good Sports bar.

Clean and tidy, the service is good. I am based in Port Vila, and this hotel can be regarded as an above-average one.

I had a truly positive experience at this lovely resort. My unit was perfectly situated with a beautiful view and immaculately maintained. The entire resort was tranquil and soothing to the soul. The restaurant food was delicious. I was fortunate to meet the very efficient and charming Mr. Ben Smith who helped me with a problem. He's a great manager. Also, kudos to Nina and Angie who were at reception, always greeting me with a smile. I recommend this place to everyone.

We loved this hotel. Well appointed , quiet rooms with nice views across the water. Front desk was very efficient and helpful. The restaurant was unbelievably good at breakfast and absolutely delicious in the evenings. The bar was also a hit with great cocktails. Shows and live music during dinner were very good and a lot of fun. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Ramada is a gorgeous resort, the rooms are fabulous and the beds are comfy. Shower is generous and the Lagoon rooms have a wonderful view of the pool and restaurant. Unfortunately, we chose a very wet week in Vanuatu which dampened the trip a little but can't fault the resort and the closing down of Air Vanuatu made it very quiet. The people are lovely - you just have to get used to the slow pace of the staff particularly in the restaurant. The slow pace in Vanuatu is prevalent and no-one hurries so just a case of getting used to it. Sometimes you have to ask twice and memory not the best, but it's their way of life. The resort is a few kms out of town so either need to get a B van for 150 vat or taxi for 1000 vat. Walk is okay as long as not been raining - dodging potholes and slush. There's a cute buggy to take you from the rooms to reception however some of the lower lagoon villas have slopes which are not great for bad backs. All in all, a great visit which would have been enhanced by more visitors, presumably reduced because of Air Vanaatu's unfortunate demise. Ben, the GM, is Australian and is very engaging, even driving us to the airport. He has obviously adapted to the slower pace.

Spent one-week with my brother at the Ramada Inn, the rooms were clean and tidy, meals excellent and the staff incredibly warm and friendly, would recommend it to any future visitors to Port Vila.

The resort is amazaing , great views from the room and also the food is outstanding. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. Staff are friendly and well organised.

Room was excellent except for faulty refridgerator (replaced - needed a reminder after 3 days) and very poor TV reception. (could not be improved when attempted) A few minor cleaning details notified to hotel. The grounds need much more maintenance - a thorough heavy duty clean to outside surfaces and especially vertical ones (driveway walls and steps to beach). Gutters are full of debris and plants are growing from some. Leaf litter on roofs visible from path to lift. Lift needs a thorough clean. Restaurant roof badly in need of new ‘thatching? Possibly due to 2023 cyclones? The food was good with the exception of a couple of seafood meals served cold and one steak tough and overcooked slightly. Service was great, especially at the restaurant and bar. The reception/lobby furniture fabric is stained. The pool deck chair cushions are dirty. There was rust on the metal brackets etc on the screens between unit balconies. There were two light fittings on the balcony outside the lift on level 2 with globes not working. We enjoyed the location and the room and hospitality but all the above disqualifies the resort from being 4 Stars and certainly not the Luxury Escape which we booked.

Spent a week for a work meeting at Ramada, room was spacious and clean also self contained, got everything i need. Awesome view and very calm and peaceful. Highly recommended this Hotel and its great hospitality. Location is good, near airport and shopping center.

Very nice hotel with nice clean rooms and friendly attentive staff but the food in the restaurant is of a very poor standard. It is located with nice views of the lagoon but is quite a long walk from the centre of Port Vila.
