The room facilities are a bit old and the hair dryer can only blow cold air (I don't know if it's because of the room or if it's the same for everyone). But the front desk is very friendly and the location is good. Overall, I still recommend it.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Praia da Rocha. The location is convenient, but the hotel's hygiene level is average. I wonder if it is because our room is located underground. There are many flying ants and insects. Many flying ants fell from the chandelier onto our bed.

Clean and modern building. This apartment has a great lobby and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The units are also extremely clean and have a lot of closet space. The beach, restaurants and shopping center were all within a 10 minute walk from our apartment. I highly recommend it.
Just remember you don’t have the view of the ocean, but as I said the water is just around the corner from the building.

Great complex to stay for a while, not suitable for a longer period of time. Everything looked neat, the only downside is the number of elevators for the large number of rooms. You have to wait a long time for the elevator, but otherwise everything is fine

Very uncomfortable mattress and Pillows, bed sheets not changed during staying (5 nights), lots of noise from other units from upstairs, services in the gym required to pay that was a turn off.

Genial. Todo reformado y limpio. Te hacen la limpieza a diario, aunque ojo con las horas de ello, o a las 9.00 o a la hora de la comida... la verdad es que el sitio está muy bien y cerca de la playa. Venden pan a diario en el bar de la piscina, el cuál no está mal para tomar algo mientras te das un chapuzon en ella. No encontrarás tumbona, la pillan los guiris que no salen del hotel en todo el día.
