Very attentive attendants, but old rooms, mold on the bedroom curtains, well-worn towels.
The location is very good, close to the American consulate in Porto Alegre (2km), as well as close to the Iguatemi shopping mall.

Merece uma boa renovação. Sou cliente da rede Accor, tendo me hospedado nesse hotel praticamente na inauguração. Posso estar enganado, há mais de 15 anos não houve nenhuma atualização nos apartamentos. Eram bons, agora esse hotel não pode ser mais um Novotel.

Fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados. Café da manhã excelente. Fomos recepcionados muito bem pelo Marc Jules. Hotel carece em 2 pontos: cortinas emboloradas e a falta de estacionamento próprio. Fora isso, experiência tem sido muito satisfatória.

O atendimento e o cuidado com o cliente é o ponto forte do hotel. No restaurante vale citar que o atendimento do Henrique foi espetacular e impecável. Também tive o prazer de conhecer o cheff Luis e parabeniza-lo pelo excelente buffet de pratos quentes e sobremesas. Agradeço também a recepção da Simone do comercial que nos encanta a cada visita ao hotel.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado y con un personal muy amable en recepción, desayuno y limpieza (gracias Julio) Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, tranquilo y familiar. Tiene un aparcamiento al lado y otros servicios muy prácticos. Volveré.
