Disappointing experience. The lack of a pool on-site was a major disappointment, especially since it was the main reason we chose this place. Additionally, it was inconvenient to have to walk 6 minutes up steep streets to access a pool located elsewhere. The constant noise on the premises from waiters and restaurant guests shouting and singing outside our windows made it impossible to sleep. We couldn't even have a conversation. There was noise from the street until 3 a.m. There was no refrigerator in the room, making it difficult to store cold beverages. Security was an issue as there was no safe available in the room, and we couldn't securely store our valuables. Being a functioning restaurant, many people came and went without supervision. There was never any staff at the so-called reception. The cleaning service came at 5 p.m. The toilet only worked every third time. We will never return

Atendimento sensacional ! Muito gentil, fizemos um checkin super fácil e rápido . Entramos num pouco antes da hora sem problemas . Restaurante delicioso na parte de baixo . Local próximo de tudo !
Apenas a porta deixa passar muito barulho e no começo da noite da pra ouvir o barulho do restaurante. Mas não vai até muito tarde e da para dormir tranquilo

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel sympathique et chambre Ok. Le seul bémol est le bruit: la chambre est très mal isolée, on entend donc le bruit du restaurant en bas et la chambre vibre à chaque claquement de porte.

Chambre agréable et calme, belle vue sur Porto depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel, petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Un quartier agréable qui permet d'accéder rapidement à beaucoup de lieux différents.
Seul bémol, les échanges préalables se passent par internet et ne sont pas toujours très aisés à maîtriser, une présence humaine plus importante ne serait pas un luxe, notamment pour l'arrivée.

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid March. This was our first time in Porto and we couldn't wish for a better place to stay. Ideally situate,lovely room and friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast every day and it was excellent. Porto is a wonderful place and we will certainly return and will definitely stay at Alibi again. Would thoroughly recommend.

Chambre très cosy. Accueil impeccable. Service de taxi pour l'aéroport facile. Petit déjeuner possible sur place (à réserver la veille) et le restaurant ALIBI peut être une option pour le soir. Vraiment rien à redire sur la prestation (possibilité de laisser ses valises si on arrive plus tôt ou si on part plus tard). Le personnel est charmant. La localisation est idéale pour visiter le centre de Porto. Demander plutot les chambres qui ne donnent pas sur la rue si vous voulez du calme (rue piétonne avec de la musique, mais nous on a adoré la programmation !)
