The room was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning and bed sheets. The hotel is located next to the city hall, with subway and bus stops, food and shopping, and luxury stores all nearby, which is extremely convenient.

The hotel is probably one of the best in Porto. Unfortunately the online experience had not been pleasant. I realised that I booked a non cancellation stay in advance prior to my trip. When my trip was changed and my Porto is extended from 3 nights to 5 nights. I asked both the agent (Trip/Expedia) and Iater through the hotel for modification of the dates. They refused after several tries. In the end, we decided to forgo one night due to change in air ticket and stayed for the duration of our stay. The remaining nights at Porto. We decided to defer to another hotel. If the hospitality service can be better we would have stay there throughout. This is unfortunate coming from highly recognised hotel here.

The location was convenient and the room was nice and big. However, we had broken glasses on the floor in our room and there was a shortage of staff during the evening/night time.

Very new hotel, simple decoration, good front desk and concierge services, the only bad thing is the room cleaning, no water, no paper towels (the key is that I used all the time), no bath towels, no shoes, etc., it was a mess, just a folded quilt
