Eurostars Porto Centro

Beautiful hotel in the center of Porto within walking distance to everything. We recently stayed at the Euorstars Porto Centro hotel and from the moment I walked in I was so glad we chose the hotel. It was in a fantastic location. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. While, the hotel does not have parking we did use the local underground parking garage just a few short blocks to the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and we were able to check-in a bit early. They were able to secure us rooms next to each other so that our family could stay together. The rooms were very spacious and quiet! They were also very clean. I wish they had USB chargers but sadly they did not and we had forgotten our plug adapters. The front desk was able to lend us an adapter during our stay so that we would charge our electronics. Also the rooms do not have an ironing board or iron but they quickly brought us one when we called. We did opt for the breakfast option and it was great. The kids found plenty of options they liked. Now where they really excelled was in service! Unfortunately my son left his phone in the hotel room! The hotel tried to reach us numerous times and were going to try and have a porter drive it to us at the airport but as we already reached security it was too late. They arranged for prompt shipment of the cell phone to the US and were so communicative and helpful! The staff was so great and we are very thankful! What a great experience at this hotel. I'm looking forward to coming back and staying here again.
