Hotel almost without defect. Almost all the items very excellent. Only room 308 q is very exposed to the guests' swim at the reception and breakfast. Too much, everything is perfect.

The hotel has been very bad. For a room that receives children there is no place to play. The park is unconditional and dangerous. The rooms, though large, are infiltrated and vacuated. The service is disorganized. For two consecutive days we made lunch requests, the first did not note and lunch went out 2 hours after the request and the second did the request and passed numerous requests in front (the garçon speaks) and we all were hungry. We pay all inclusive and they have no structure and organisation to provide the services offered.
