nonostante sono passati appena 4 giorni, mi sono subito resa conto della qualità di ogni tipo di servizio offerto all’interno della struttura. pozione ottima (il porto è raggiungibile in appena 10 minuti). di certo non si può non parlare della gentilezza del personale, che si interessa a te non solo in “modo” lavorativo.

Splendido hotel sulla spiaggia,ricco di verde con una bellissima piscina con acqua salata .Voglio sottolineare la gentilezza e professionalità di tutto il personale della struttura. In particolare un ringraziamento alla nostra dolcissima Anku che si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e cordiale durante il nostro soggiorno. Ferien auf Elba Super Aufenthalt, der vor allem dem super Personal zu verdanken ist. Freundlich, zuvorkommend und profesionell. So macht das spass. Das Haus ist nicht mehr neu hat aber eine super Anlage. Das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant war sehr gut. Ja und die tip tope Bedienung nicht zu vergessen U. Und H.U.

La struttura è molto ben tenuta con molto verde, impianti sportivi ed una spiaggia privata. Le camere sono abbastanza confortevoli e ben pulite. Il televisore un po’ piccolo. Gli asciugamani cambiati tutti i giorni. La varietà del menu e le possibilità di scelta sono altri punti di forza (2 antipasti, 4 primi, 4 secondi, dolci e frutta in genere a buffet) e comunque sono sempre disponibili a preparare cibo alternativo su richiesta. La cosa che certamente colpisce di più è l’estrema professionalità e cortesia di tutto il personale che sicuramente è un valore aggiunto. Complimenti a tutti. Decisamente consigliato

Servizio eccellente già in fase di prenotazione. Abbiamo riservato una camera standard vista giardino e all'arrivo in struttura ci hanno stupiti con un upgrade in camera vista mare al solito prezzo. Spazi ampi interni/esterni , dispone di tutti i servizi Servizio ristorazione eccellente, personale qualificato. La sig.ra Antonella(cameriera) ci ha fatti sentire a casa con la sua attenzione, professionalità e tanti sorrisi. Tutto lo staff della struttura molto disponibile e cordiale. Poco distante dal porto di portoferraio. Posizioine ottima per visitare paesi limitrofi.

Mia moglie e io abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I punti di forza sono: il suo curatissimo e grande giardino in cui è inserito, una magnifica piscina di acqua marina, perfetta anche per nuotare con le sue sei corsie, la disponibilità di ombrelloni e di lettini, sia sulla spiaggia di ghiaia, sia a bordo piscina. In hotel vengono anche organizzate delle escursioni in barca; se ne occupa Claudio, competente e simpatico capitano e istruttore di sub. Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite e la cucina è di buon livello. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Occorrerebbe citarli davvero tutti, ma non ne conosciamo il nome. E allora citiamo volentieri Antonella ed Eva (le due cameriere di sala), Emma (la giovane cameriera del bar), Romolo e Massimo (i due bagnini), Antonio (il giardiniere), e per l’appunto Claudio (il simpatico organizzatore di escursioni). Infine, un ringraziamento alle signore che tengono pulite le camere e le zone comuni, perché sono davvero impeccabili.

Lo abbiamo scoperto nel 2017 e da allora è il nostro porto sicuro! Torneremo anche il prossimo anno! E’ tutto tanto rilassante, tanto verde piscina super, cibo buono, spazi ampi! Da fare

La Struttura è molto accogliente ed organizzata, con ampi spazi verdi; il servizio di ristorazione è ottimo e vario. Siamo andati con il nostro cagnolino, ottimi l’organizzazione e la possibilità di gestione degli animali.
