Recently stayed here and it was a wonderful small hotel. We emailed that we would arrive around 2pm and Philipe the owner was there to greet us at the door. The room was European in size but perfectly appointed and we had a lovely balcony that overlooked the town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely, small family hotel in a beautiful fishing port on the inlet leading to La Spezia, Italy. The rooms appear recently upgraded and we were provided with all the necessary requirements such as robes, slippers, good quality toileteries and a really comfy bed. The only negative is that, because of its limited size (in a tower) there is no lift to the rooms which are spread over 3 or more floors. Ok for the young and fit but more of a struggle for a pair of seniors! However, this was only a problem o arrival and departure and we wereon the first actual floor of rooms where the reception area is located. There is a small landing between the main door on the ground floor and the first floor (some temporary respite!). The village is very picturesque and friendly and we dined both nights at the restaurant run by the same family as the hotel. Great place for visiting the Cinque Terre villages though the is no bus service there so a bus to La Spezia Station and then a train is required. Thanks for a great stay!

great place, do not pick up your luggage with a car near the hotel door, you will be charged a parking violation ticket....even if you are there 3 minutes. Staff told us its ok, do not do it. views and surrounding area are very beautiful breakfast is in a nice little coffee shop below the hotel just do not park near the door , even on a rainy, low tourist day. There are cameras ticketing

Sul loro sito si legge che le camere 'aspirano ad alti standard qualitativi' ed in effetti ne hanno ancora per arrivarci. La posizione è magnifica, nulla da dire, è sui servizi che mancano. Materasso mollissimo, erano anni che non ne trovavo così. Sono finiti i prodotti della linea di cortesia (peraltro molto buoni), ma non li hanno sostituiti. Meno male che avevamo i nostri. Gli accappatoi non li hanno mai cambiati. Doveva esserci una bottiglia d'acqua ogni giorno, ma l'abbiamo trovata solo una volta. Nulla di grave, ma non siamo ai livelli a cui aspirano e per i quali si fanno pagare. La proprietaria l'abbiamo vista all'arrivo e poi più. È stato fatto l'addebito sulla carta di credito senza avvertire, almeno la cortesia di dirlo prima, visto l'aspirazione agli alti standard. Un'ultima indicazione: sul sito non è scritto, ma la struttura non è adatta se non puoi farti da solo la scale (ci sta in una struttura d'epoca, ma potrebbe essere indicato). Si può migliorare, la struttura e la posizione lo meritano.

Struttura a conduzione familiare meravigliosa. La torre del Cinquecento in cui si trova la struttura è bellissima e collocata magnificamente nel centro di Portovenere. La vista che si gode dalla camera è stupenda. La stanza è luminosissima e compatta, anche se c’è assolutamente tutto il necessario e gli spazi sono gestiti con estrema intelligenza. La terrazza per la colazione è pazzesca e la colazione ottima. Il personale che la gestisce ed i proprietari sono persone squisite, gentili, disponibili e simpaticissime. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qui se vi trovate a Portovenere per qualche giorno. Torneremo sicuramente.

Location molto particolare a due passi dal mare… tutto molto curato e pulito, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Su nostra richiesta, ci è stata accordata la possibilità di un late check out, veramente molto apprezzata!
