Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff willing to put I. Extra effort to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. Pasquale became my “best Italian friend.” This is our 2nd time staying at Eden ROC and we plan to come back soon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Pascal is one of the best!!! He made our experience at Hotel Eden Roc so special! Truly exceptional!! The hotel is beautiful! The staff were so hospitable. They created a wonderful environment for our first visit to Positano. We highly recommend this hotel.

Pascale is the best. He made our whole trip. We LOVE Pascale so much! From the second you walk in he is family oriented and offers as lux or as comfort as you need. He asks what you want and then gives his expert opinion. And the BREAKFAST STAFF!!!!!! do not miss breakfast and make sure you go eat dinner up there another night. Location can not beat!!!!

Pascale is the heart of this hotel- ask for his as soon as you walk in and all of his dinner and tour reservations. The staff makes your experience unforgettable from breakfast until coming in for dinner. This staff is the heart and soul of this hotel.

My friend was visiting the Hotel Eden Roc for her 50th birthday. I wanted to purchase the cake, flower, and prosecco option for a welcoming gift. The staff was so helpful and even answered my emails even though it was about 9:00 PM in Positano! Everything was in her room upon her arrival. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff's customer service and attention to detail. They made sure to find out what kind of cake she would like and asked if they could write a nice card to go along with the gift. If I am lucky enough to make it to Positano, I won't stay anywhere else, based on my experience.

The hotel is amazing and has one of the best unrestricted views in Positano. The food was great and the hotel staff was very friendly, energetic and helpful. Hopefully you are fortunate enough to have Pascal working there during your stay. He could possibly be the greatest hotel manager I've ever experienced in all my stays.

This was a fantastic stay. Great location, wonderful rooms, and excellent staff including Pascal. The rooftop was lovely to sit and watch the boats or have a bite to eat. We will definitely return again would highly recommend for families as well as couples.
