All of our expectations were met

Beautiful, clean, good breakfast, lovely staff

After a long day of traveling in New York state, we arrive at this property very late in the evening. We needed a very clean and nice motel just to spend the night and hit the road again the next morning. We did not use amenities that night and did not review those. The motel was an excellent choice for us. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. They are planning some interior upgrades as all motels do occasionally. We were very pleased and would recommend this property with no hesitation.

Renovations are long overdue. Peeling paint in the bathroom. Terrible water pressure. The bathroom's fluorescent light flashes on & off. The carpet is badly worn and filthy. The breakfast was very basic. We will not stay here again.

Stayed here one night on our way to Tennessee as it was right off of Interstate 81. GREAT personnel. Room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The front desk person, Joshua, was very helpful and welcoming at the time that we arrived. Had a container of sweet tea and another choice in the lobby for all to have. Great touch! Highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this motel a number of times, and have never been disappointed. My wife requires a handicapped room, and we frequently have the same room, number 109. It works well for us. The shower is not a walk-in type, but it has sufficient grab bars, etc. My wife also has diabetes. Her low sugar alarm went off, and I went out to the vending area to get my wife a Coke. Jessi, who was working the front desk, overheard me tell that to another staff person. She brought 2 cups of orange juice for my wife to drink instead. It was the perfect amount my wife needed to get her sugar level back to normal. I am grateful for her thoughtfulness. All of the staff seem to be friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast always taste good. We will definitely stay here again.

Booked a king room, but upgraded to a suite by the elevator. Very nice and very convenient. Good complimentary breakfast. Friendly guy at front desk. No pets allowed, but twice saw couple with a bulldog (no "service dog" indicator. ) Disappointed that only washing machine was out of service. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent hotel. 2.5 star rating that puts most 3 to 4 star hotels to shame. Very well run, excellent staff and service. Very clean and well maintained. Stayed twice over a few months and the same experience each time. Really appreciated that the coffee was made and out before 5 am, and that there was yogurt in containers and pastries available that early. And the coffee was actually good! Lots of parking available as well, no need to worry about that. This is a go to spot when travelling south and coming back. It is super to have a reliable oasis along the way. It is a completely non-smoking hotel, so no smoke residue or smoke clean up to deal with. Keep up the excellent work.

Didn't book with them, no smoking rooms. They want smokers to go to a smoking aera. To me that is punishment to people that smoke. I would reconsider booking with them if their policy changed. And treated smokers better.
