Our luggage was list and the transfer driver (Yohan ) was so very kind to us and dropped us off at Target and picked us up later.

It is unfortunate but we have gotten into the habit of checking the mattresses of every hotel room we check into prior to unpacking because literally 60-70% of them contain dried, yellow urine circles. We've even occasionally found dried blood on the mattresses. Well, this Hampton Inn was the absolute worst. The first, second, AND third rooms we inspected ALL had dried urine all over the mattresses. After looking at three rooms we'd had enough and demanded that our reservation be cancelled and refunded. Someone from maintenance was even called, went up and took photographs of the mattresses and showed the images to another person at the front desk. However, the receptionish we spoke with clearly didn't care and offered at best a token, emotionless apology. She then proceeded to give us push-back when we asked for some kind of printout verifying that she'd cancelled the room and we wouldn't be charged anything. Maybe sleeping on a mattress in which other people have urinated is okay for some folks...but not for us.

Do NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!! They only care about the RESERVATION PROCESS and once your MONEY is in their POCKET they will SCREW you every chance they get. Save time and money and peace of MIND and go somewhere else or else….. I warned you!

Hotel is very convenient if you have an early flight out of Dulles. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was basic but provided. Hotel is looking a little dated and can use a bit of a refresh. The air conditioning in the room could have been better.

Price wise one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. My wife and I could not believe the great service, clean and comfortable room, and incredible buffet breakfast. The general manager was always on hand and made it a point to greet every sinle guest at the breakfast table. My wife and I spent over 20 years in the service hotel industry and were quite amazed at the level of service of this particular property. Well done!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and clean. Clean towels, sheets tv worked great and easy to use thermostat to make the perfect sleeping Temperature. Sleeping was quiet and phenomenal. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!

The location is tucked away and private but may be daunting to reach especially for single young drivers. Lots of unlit roads and empty properties. Need lighted signs to the hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful and clean. The staff is warm, pleasant and kind. I definitely would stay there again. Thanks

Keeping this simple. If you want SLOW and i mean SLOW SLOW WIFI even if you upgrade to their premium wifi for 4.95/day and to top this off their mattresses are so damn hard why dont they just throw up concrete and call it a mattress ? If u care about sleep and wifi speed go elsewhere.. avoid this place like the plague.
