It was a rough stay. The staff was nice and well-intentioned. Check in was delayed, and the communication around our room availability was poor. The room itself was large and had potential. But it was a hot day and the a/c — something we looked for in this place — was not adequate (and was controlled at the front d). Worse, the water was turned off at two different times, both coinciding with our showers. Lastly, the ******* listing says that parking is available, but in reality it’s limited and needs to be reserved in a process that I was not made aware of. The front desk did comp our breakfast and room tax as a gesture to make up for the experience. As I said, everyone was very nice and tried to help. And the property has potential. It just needs more attention and investment.

Super nieuwe, schone, mooi ingerichte appartementen met alles er op en er aan. Hele vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie, echt een aanrader voor Potsdam maar ook om van hieruit Berlijn te bezoeken. Jammer dat wij er maar een nacht verbleven. Het zijn heerlijke appartementen.

Leider kam im 4. Stock kein oder nur wenig Wasser aus der Dusche.
Das war wirklich sehr ärgerlich.

Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir waren richtig traurig nur eine Nacht bleiben zu können. Super schöne und top ausgestattete Apartments, nette Mitarbeiter und alles super neu und sehr gepflegt. Top Preis Leistung, wir kommen wieder

A unos pasos de la estación de tren y a 500 m aprox de un par de supermercados; instalaciones relativamente nuevas, en buen estado y sin ruido. El plus para mí fue que tienen una máquina de café y chocolate caliente disponible todo el día sin costo adicional.

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Elisapart. Auch dieses Mal waren wir begeistert. Die Apartments sind vollausgestattet, groß, sauber und haben ein sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Neu war der Kaffeevollautomat im Foyer. Somit kann man Tee und sämtliche Kaffeezubereitungen kostenlos genießen.
Die Preise der Getränke im Getränkeautomat sind moderat.
Meine Empfehlung ist ein Zimmer zum Innenhof.
