Hotel bem localizado, com estacionamento amplo e com vagas cobertas o que ajuda quando estiver chovendo e nos dias de calor a não deixar o carro muito quente, elevador sofisticado, quartos amplos e bem modernos, tem água quente no lavatório o que é raro em hoteis da região. Somente a Tv que fica a desejar na quantidade de canais e no controle mas se tu não ligar pra isso de boa. Possui frigobar no quarto e ar condicionado (no meu escolhido tinha). Nos últimos andares tem uma boa visão de cidade de Pouso ou varandas no caso de quartos especiais. Voltarei novamente a me hospedar nele.

No passado o hotel era bom, mas hoje em dia caiu muito e ficou péssimo o atendimento, As arrumadeiras não arrumam o quarto direito, não repõem sabonetes, shampoos, toalhas e muito menos papel higiênico. O café da manhã é péssimo. Não recomendo!

Muito ruim. Não recomendo! Após um dia longo de viagem a trabalho, fui tomar banho e percebi que banheiro estava com barulho de gotejando. Foi muito dificil fechar o chuveiro, sinal que não tem manutenção. O pior de tudo foi na hora de pedir o jantar. Liguei para a recepção às 21:30 e solicitei a comida acompanhada de porções. Após um tempo me retornaram informando que todas as porções acabaram. Então solicitei cancelar o prato principal e substituir tudo por um Hamburguer descrito no cardapio e me confirmaram "pedido feito". Após quase 1h entrei em contato novamente questionando a demora na entrega e fui informado que a cozinha havia fechado às 22hs e não fizeram meu pedido, que a cozinha trabalha em um sistema diferente da recepção. O estacionamento também não é dos melhores, não me passou confiança quanto a segurança. Não tinha ninguém controlando as saídas e entradas, nem portão.

Hotel OK. Café da manhã bom, sucos naturais e certa variedade, quartos sem barulhos, tamanho bom, com exceção dos quartos 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 e 08, esses quartos são "piada" o tamanho de tão pequenos, além de não ter janelas e um MDF ao lado da cama de solteiro minuscula, corram desses números de apto. Nos quartos o sinal de wifi é PÉSSIMO, com pouco investimento conseguiriam resolver essa questão, princípio básico nos dias atuais em qualquer hotel é ter um bom wifi. Servem jantar no hotel, bom rango, atendimento do garçom nada bom, diferente dos garçons do café da manhã, esses são educados. Tem academia que atende bem. Agradeço ao gerente que resolveu um pequeno problema de quarto que tive, atendimento da recepção muito bom.

A suíte de luxo excelente, limpa, ampla e confortável. O banheiro confortável e a ducha maravilhosa ( nota 5) Mas a TV não funcionou mesmo com a ajuda de um funcionário (Nota 0) O restaurante ( jantar) bem fraco e o garçom ( um senhorzinho) bem mal humorado. (Nota 2) O atendimento na recepção muito bom, e o pessoal simpático. (Nota 5) Café da manha bem servido ( Nota 4) Estacionamento coberto, mas lotado. ( Nota 4) Precisa ficar esperto =!
