Staff was not very friendly. One of the rooms was obviously not vacuumed. No tv remote. Found the remote on the floor later. Along with some other junk. If you needed the staff they could be found outside smoking. Not attentive at all.

The front desk person is not friendly, the breakfast is very mediocre, no trash cans for convenience, The laundry room had no trash can & area is very cramped & littered with lint , the positive was the bed was comfortable

We've stayed here twice in the past due to limited decent lodging options in Powell; I had my hopes up that this time, our experience would be different. We were assigned a handicap-accessible room. The shower head was held together with duct tape and water ran onto the floor as the shower curtain wasn't quite long enough to contain it in the shower area. Beds were predictably worn (no firmness whatsoever) and pillows were predictably hard. But the worst was the breakfast. Cold cereal was the only edible thing they had available. For the price charged for the room, it was a very poor value.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is ideally located 1.5 to 2 hours from Yellowstone National Park. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed a quiet night’s rest. I appreciated the unexpected toiletries like body lotion. The room also had a microwave and fridge, which added to the convenience. The 24-hour reception was helpful, and free on-site parking was a bonus. Breakfast was included, but it was limited to coffee, cold cereals, and waffles. The hotel is in a good area of town with nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again.
