The furniture is old and smell of smoke all over, the breakfast team cannot handle the crowd and food is not that great. The room selection was change with kindness of the service team and upgraded but the bed and furniture is outdated. i would not rated at 5 star maybe 4 or 3 to be honest. the location is great and close by many places by taxi and mall is close by.

Very good value for money. Great location. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as some stuff weren't fresh. Only 1 machine to make belgian waffles with huge queue. Room is nice but Wifi is very bad..

It was about 15 minute walk from the station. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious. It’s so sad that I could only stay here for about 9 hours… I wish I could stay longer

Everything was perfect. Comfortable, well-sized room and perfect silence. Friendly service as well. Only comment is that crispy bread at the buffet would be nice, and that internet was a little slow.

The location is amazing right next to the train and city center, friendly staffs, but the room sound proofing is very poor. Not recommend for light sleepers. We can hear every words other guests talked on the walkway.

The hotel room is quite nice, with a garden view and good hygiene. The main location of the hotel is very good. I was at the train station and it took 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the bus station, which was convenient for catching the bus. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide variety. It was convenient to go to the scenic spots, and it only took more than ten minutes to walk to the old town. It was super convenient to stroll around and buy things and eat.

During my stay at this hotel, I didn't give it a good review. It's overrated. Breakfast was terrible. The room was too hot, even with the air conditioning on, we still felt hot. First of all, I'm disappointed with how overpriced this hotel is. Its reviews made me expect better service and facilities, but it didn't actually meet my expectations. Breakfast was one of my biggest disappointments at this hotel. The quality and selection of food is very limited. I expected to be able to enjoy a variety of delicious food, but the choices provided were very dull and unpalatable. Overall, I am disappointed with this hotel. It's overrated, the breakfast is of poor quality and the room temperature is too high. I hope the hotel can improve these issues and provide guests with a better experience.

The hotel is well-equipped, clean, convenient, and has good service. I will book this hotel again next time.
