Very good, provided breakfast, room service is available, but the air conditioner was not cool enough

A real oasis in a beautiful part of Prague. Easily accessible and public transport readily available. The hotel was well appointed in a relaxed artdeco style. The staff were helpful and friendly, in fact they go over and above. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean and very spacious. The bathroom was huge with beautiful decor. The breakfast was another highlight - simply everything conceivable was available. The grandeur of the dining space added to the sense of occasion. The bar area was fairly small but comfortable with a limited range of drinks. Overall, this is a superb value and beautiful place to stay and we’d love to come back sometime.

Customer Service Receptionist was unhelpful in room arrangement and blamed us for not telling him 2 rooms were booked together (despite that we have told him multiple times). As a result, our rooms were floors apart and after a long conversation at the reception with no outcome, we felt we didn’t have a good time as anticipated. Furthermore, he attended to another customer’s complaint whilst he was assigning a room to us, I felt that was rather rude and lacked professionalism. We asked if anything could be done with regards to relocation of the rooms so we can be closer together, he answered the hotel is fully booked that night and for the duration of our stay is unlikely (our stay was 2 nights). Room quality Air con wasn’t working in our room and was sweating all night and didn’t sleep as well as we would hope to. Lack of basic replenishment in the bathroom on a multiple night stay (hair conditioner etc) Clear sign of poor cleaning in the bathroom Overall, we felt it was a disappointing stay and wouldn’t recommend it.

I was shocked at how nice the hotel is, the aesthetic is beautiful. The room was also the same and looked well looked after. It’s also in a good area and fairly quiet except for the sound of the dining room roof moving around at times. My issues were the TV not working properly on YouTube, it would freeze so frequently that we couldn’t watch tv much at times and randomly turn off or at least have a black screen suddenly and I think it’s a wifi issue as my phone loaded slowly too or not all. The pillows are too soft and not the most comfortable. Another was the mini bar charging extra for simple drinks. Lastly I asked for an adapter and told I had to pay only for the guy to suddenly find a free used one I could use for free, I don’t expect to have money ****** out of my wallet for a simple adapter. A pretty good hotel with a few things I did not like.

Wow! We loved this hotel. From the friendly staff, the standard of service, and the fabulous art deco architecture and design, it was an absolute pleasure staying here. The bedrooms are very spacious with fabulous bathrooms. If we return to Prague, we will be booking this hotel again, without hesitation.

Wow !!! What a fantastic hotel On arrival at the hotel met with Jam who dealt with our booking in quickly and very politely. Room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - so much choice and replenished regularly. Directly opposite the tram stop for the Number22 tram which was really useful We had 3 nights here and would highly recommend staying here

The heating in the room and radiator in the shower was not working, we found a bunch of hair in the shower.. The receptionist with red hair told us that everything will be fixed in 2 hours, but after more than 5 hours we found just radiator in the room. Heating was not fixed.. I want to say big thank you to young receptionist (if I remember well hes name is Daniel) he did very profesional work, manage everything very well to make us happy, changed the room where everything was perfect.

Inflexible. Not budging on part refund request as had to cancel trip today for travelling tomorrow as husband really ill. Friends booked for 5 nights per couple on my recommendation. Won't do that again! Yes there are rules but there is also empathy.

If you like being a little bit away from the hustle, bustle and can appreciate 1920-1930's feel then this is for you. Staff were very polite and quick to greet us in our native language, we can both speak basic cezch however the staff were more than happy to communicate in English and made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean and well presented with more than enough space to store our stuff. Breakfast was great also with lots of different options to cater for every taste.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel Savoy. At first we thought that the location was rather remote for the Old Town but soon discovered that the Tram stop is right outside and the 22 could whisk us into the heart of Prague in a few minutes. And for less than the price of a cup of coffee! The hotel is very comfortable with classical style decor. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the included buffet breakfast a great start to our day. Staff were polite and helpful with maps, help and advice. Thoroughly recommended.

A very cozy hotel with nice location and a VERY pleasant staff who was ALWAYS ready to assist you. I had a late check-out, but it took only a few minutes to do all the formalities. The rooms are clean, the beds are rather comfortable, the breakfast is very nice. If you like walking - you have a lot of possibilities to do it around. If you don't like it - there is a nice transport infrastructure, you may get wherever you want. On the whole I have only pleasant and positive emotions from staying at this hotel. I thank all the team for the pleasant staying in one of my favourite cities!

Stayed 4 nights and can't fault the hotel at all. We arrived late at night and reception booked us in quickly with no hassle. In the morning they explained the tram system to us and we even bought our 3 day travel passes from them which saved the hassle of finding and using ticket machines. The tram and metro system is fantastic by the way and the stops are literally seconds from the hotel. The hotel is impressive to look at outside and inside, smart and clean and well decorated. Loved the room with comfortable bed although the pillows were different from what we are accustomed to. Aircon worked fine but was a bit noisy to leave on at night but the temperature in the room was always suitable. Large spacious walk in shower with 2 different shower heads in it and a bath as well, all well lit and surrounded with mirrors. TV, free room safe, mini bar, coffee making facilities, hairdryer and even an iron. Plenty of choice of hot and cold food for breakfast which was included in our booking although probably wouldn't have paid €17 each per day if it hadn't been. Didn't use any of the other facilities that were available as we were there to see as much of Prague as possible but it was still great value and would stay again without hesitation. 3 day unlimited travel pass was less than £15 and an Uber to or from the airport was a similar price. Great city and excellent hotel, thank you.
